# Consolidate & Distribute
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/account-wallets/consolidate-distribute
Move funds between your own Trady wallets in one action instead of N manual transfers. Same-chain only.
Running [multiple wallets](/account-wallets/wallets)? Consolidate pulls funds together, Distribute spreads them back out. Both work **within one chain** — Solana wallets among themselves, EVM wallets among themselves.
## Consolidate
Pull balances from several of your Trady wallets **into one**.
Use it when:
* you've been trading from multiple wallets and want to gather profits into your main one;
* you're about to size into a single position and the funds are scattered;
* you're cleaning up before a withdrawal.
**How:**
1. Open **Wallets → Consolidate**.
2. Select the source wallets and the asset.
3. Pick the destination wallet.
4. Review the per-wallet amounts and network fees, confirm once.
## Distribute
Push funds from one wallet **across several** — split evenly or set custom amounts per wallet.
Use it when:
* you're setting up fresh wallets for separate strategies;
* you want positions split across wallets for privacy (one wallet's trades are trivially traceable to each other on-chain);
* you're funding wallets you follow different plays with.
**How:**
1. Open **Wallets → Distribute**.
2. Pick the source wallet and the asset.
3. Select destination wallets and set amounts (or split evenly).
4. Review and confirm once.
## Frequently asked questions
### Do Consolidate/Distribute cost anything?
Only network fees for the transfers themselves — Trady doesn't add a fee on internal moves between your own wallets.
### Can I consolidate across chains?
No — Consolidate and Distribute are same-chain only. To move value between chains, use the built-in bridge (0.50%, min \$0.50): [Balances & Bridge](/portfolio/balances).
### Are Consolidate and Distribute traceable on-chain?
Yes — these are normal on-chain transfers. If you're distributing for privacy, remember the funding transaction itself links the wallets. Fresh wallets funded from one source in one window look exactly like the bundles you check for in the trenches.
# Create Account & Sign In
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/account-wallets/create-account
Sign up with email, Google or X. Trady generates your Solana and EVM trading wallets automatically. No KYC, no waiting.
1. Open [trady.xyz](https://trady.xyz) and click **Sign Up**.
2. Choose a sign-in method: **email, Google, or X**.
3. Confirm the one-time code (email flow) or approve the OAuth prompt (Google/X flow).
4. Trady generates your trading wallets — one for Solana, one for EVM chains — secured by [Privy](https://privy.io) infrastructure. No seed phrase to write down at signup, but you can (and should) [export your keys](/account-wallets/custody-key-export-import) right away.
That's the whole flow. No KYC, no waiting.
## First things to do after signup
1. **Export your private keys** and store them offline — [how](/account-wallets/custody-key-export-import). Do this *before* your first deposit, not after your first 100x.
2. **Set a referral code** if a friend gave you one — you'll trade at the Ape tier (0.90% instead of 1.00%) for your first 30 days. See [Referral Program](/fees-rewards/referral-program).
3. **[Deposit](/account-wallets/deposit)** and go hunting.
## Signing in on a new device
Sign in with the same email/social account. Your wallets follow your account — keys are reassembled only during signing, inside secure infrastructure, never stored in your browser. Details: [Security](/account-wallets/security).
## Frequently asked questions
### Can I import a wallet I already use?
Yes — see [Custody, Key Export & Import](/account-wallets/custody-key-export-import).
### Can I change my sign-in email later?
Contact [support](/troubleshooting/contact-support) if you need this today.
### Is there a mobile app?
Trady is a web app and works in mobile browsers.
# Custody, Key Export & Import
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/account-wallets/custody-key-export-import
Your wallet, your keys. Trady can't move your funds, freeze them, or lock you out. Export your private keys at any time.
You don't have to take any of that on trust. Export your keys, open the wallet somewhere else, and you have just proved it to yourself — it takes about two minutes.
## Who controls my funds on Trady?
Trady wallets are non-custodial, built on [Privy](https://privy.io) infrastructure. Your private key is never stored as a whole in any single place — it's split and reassembled only at the moment of signing, inside secure hardware. Trady the company:
* does **not** hold your private keys,
* does **not** have a mechanism to transfer your funds,
* can **not** block a withdrawal or an export.
If Trady disappeared tomorrow, your funds would still be yours — that's what the export below is for.
## How do I export my private keys?
Do this **before** your first serious deposit.
1. Open **Wallets**.
2. Select a wallet → **Export Private Key**.
3. Confirm with your sign-in method.
4. Copy the key and store it offline — paper, password manager, hardware. Not a screenshot in your camera roll, not a note in Telegram Saved Messages.
You can now import that key into Phantom, Solflare, MetaMask, Rabby — any standard wallet — and access your funds with or without Trady.
**Never share an exported key with anyone.** Trady staff will never ask for it. Anyone who does ask for it is stealing from you — see [Security](/account-wallets/security).
## How do I import an existing wallet?
Already trading from a wallet with history? Bring it in:
1. Open **Wallets → Import Wallet**.
2. Pick the chain.
3. Paste the private key.
4. The wallet appears in your list — trade from it, track it in Portfolio, label it like any other.
Imported wallets keep working everywhere else — importing gives Trady the ability to sign for the wallet when *you* trade, it doesn't "move" the wallet anywhere.
## Frequently asked questions
### Is exporting my key risky?
The export itself, done on your own device, is fine. The risk is what happens to the key afterwards — treat it like cash. Export to a trusted environment only.
### Does Trady give me a seed phrase or a private key?
Trady wallets export as private keys (per wallet, per chain), not as a single seed phrase.
### Can I delete a wallet from Trady?
You can archive it from your list. The wallet itself lives on-chain forever — anyone with the key controls it.
# Deposit
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/account-wallets/deposit
Send any asset from a supported chain, any amount, no minimums. Deposits credit the balance of the chain they arrive on.
Get funds into Trady in one transfer. The only step that can go wrong is picking the network — everything after that is automatic. Where the money lands: [Balances & Bridge](/portfolio/balances).
## How do I deposit funds into Trady?
1. Click **Deposit** in the top bar (or from any buy panel when your balance is short).
2. **Pick the network** you're sending on: Solana, BNB Chain or Robinhood. This is the step that matters — funds sent on the wrong network may be unrecoverable.
3. Copy your deposit address or scan the QR code.
4. Send from your external wallet or exchange.
5. Your balance updates as soon as the transaction confirms on-chain — usually seconds on Solana, under a minute on BNB.
## Which assets can I deposit?
**Any asset from a supported chain, any amount.** No minimums, no token whitelist — USDC, USDG, SOL, BNB, or any token living on Solana, BNB Chain or Robinhood Chain.
## Can I deposit directly from an exchange?
Withdrawing from Binance, Bybit, OKX etc. works fine — just match the network: if you copied your **Solana** deposit address, withdraw on the **Solana** network. Exchange UIs love to default to whatever network is cheapest for them.
## Frequently asked questions
### Why aren't my deposited funds showing up?
Check the transaction hash on the explorer first (Solscan / BscScan). If it's confirmed on-chain and still missing after 10 minutes, see [Deposit & Withdrawal Issues](/troubleshooting/deposit-withdrawal-issues).
### Can I deposit memecoins I already hold?
Yes — any token from a supported chain is accepted, and existing positions show up in your [Portfolio](/portfolio/portfolio-positions). Alternatively, [import the whole wallet](/account-wallets/custody-key-export-import) and skip the transfer.
### Does Trady charge a deposit fee?
Trady charges nothing on deposits. You pay only the network fee on the sending side.
# Security
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/account-wallets/security
What Trady does on its side, and what you need to do on yours. Non-custodial architecture, scoped signing, and the scams that actually drain traders.
Paranoia is a survival trait in the trenches. Most drained wallets were never hacked — the owner signed something. This page splits the job in two: the part the architecture handles for you, and the part nobody can handle but you.
## How does Trady secure user funds?
* **Non-custodial by architecture.** Wallet keys are managed by [Privy](https://privy.io) — the same embedded-wallet infrastructure used across major consumer crypto apps. Keys are sharded and reassembled only during signing in secure hardware. Trady never sees or stores your full key. Details: [Custody, Key Export & Import](/account-wallets/custody-key-export-import).
* **Independent security audit.** Trady's infrastructure is undergoing an audit by [Hexens](https://hexens.io), a security firm that has audited major protocols.
* **Lean pipeline.** The fewer parties that see your transaction before it lands, the smaller the attack surface — Trady's execution path is built on that principle. See [Transaction Lifecycle](/trading/transaction-lifecycle).
* **Scoped signing permissions.** Trading operations are authorized through session-scoped keys — approving a trade doesn't hand the app a blank check.
* **No God mode.** After the industry learned the hard way what happens when employees can look up user positions: internal access to user data is restricted and logged.
## How do I keep my Trady account secure?
The most common way traders lose funds is not a protocol hack — it's signing the wrong thing on the wrong site.
1. **Bookmark [the official links](/start-here/official-links).** Type URLs, don't click them from DMs or search-ad results.
2. **Nobody legit DMs first.** "Trady support" sliding into your DMs = scammer. Every time.
3. **Your seed phrase / private key is for you only.** Not for "verification", not for "wallet sync", not for support. Anyone asking = thief.
4. **Separate trading from browsing.** Keep your Trady trading wallet off external mint/claim/airdrop sites. Use a burner wallet with pocket change for that. See [Wallets](/account-wallets/wallets).
5. **Check what you sign.** A "claim" that asks for token approvals or a `setAuthority` signature is a drainer.
6. **Fake tokens land in wallets constantly.** A random token appearing in your wallet is spam — don't interact with it, don't visit the URL in its name. Just hide it.
## How do I report a security vulnerability?
Found a security issue in Trady? Report it privately via the [support bot](https://t.me/tradysupportbot) — do not post it publicly.
## Frequently asked questions
### Does Trady support 2FA?
Your sign-in method (email code / social OAuth) gates account access; signing keys never leave secure infrastructure.
### What happens if Trady gets hacked?
Funds sit in non-custodial wallets whose keys Trady doesn't hold — the worst-case blast radius is fundamentally different from a CEX. Export your keys and you hold the ultimate fallback.
### What should I do if my wallet gets drained?
Blockchain transactions are irreversible — no one, including Trady, can claw funds back. Report it to [support](/troubleshooting/contact-support) so Trady can flag addresses, and rotate to fresh wallets immediately.
# Wallets
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/account-wallets/wallets
One account, multiple wallets. Create, import, label and switch wallets without signing out.
Trady creates a Solana and an EVM wallet at signup. Add more when you want separation — a runner wallet, a farm wallet, one you never connect to anything.
## Why run multiple wallets
* **Strategy separation** — one wallet for trench scalps, one for holds. Keeps PnL honest per strategy.
* **Privacy** — everything one wallet does is public and linkable. Splitting activity raises the cost of tracking you.
* **Risk containment** — a wallet that interacts with sketchy contracts shouldn't be the wallet holding your stack.
## Managing wallets
Open **Wallets** to:
* **Create** a new wallet on any supported chain.
* **Import** an existing wallet by private key — see [Custody, Key Export & Import](/account-wallets/custody-key-export-import).
* **Label** wallets ("main", "trench", "hold") — labels are local to your account, never public.
* **Switch** the active trading wallet from the top bar in one click.
* **[Consolidate & Distribute](/account-wallets/consolidate-distribute)** funds between your wallets on the same chain.
* **Export** any wallet's private key at any time.
Note: transfers between wallets are **same-chain only** — Solana wallets move funds between each other, EVM wallets between each other. To move value between chains, use the built-in bridge — see [Balances & Bridge](/portfolio/balances).
## The golden rule of wallet hygiene
Your **trading wallet** is for trading on Trady. Don't connect it to mint sites, airdrop claims, or "check if you're eligible" pages. Use a separate, minimally-funded wallet for navigating the wider chain. Drainers don't need your seed phrase if you sign the wrong approval yourself.
## Frequently asked questions
### Does each wallet have its own fee tier?
No — [tiers](/fees-rewards/fees) are per account. Volume from all your wallets counts toward the same 30-day total.
### Can other people see my wallet labels?
No. Labels are display-only, inside your account.
### I imported a wallet — can Trady see its history?
No — importing a wallet just lets Trady sign for it when *you* trade. Trady doesn't pull in the wallet's past on-chain history; what it did before you imported it isn't tied to your account.
# Withdraw
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/account-wallets/withdraw
Withdrawals are available at all times: no approval queue, no support ticket, no mechanism for Trady to stop you.
Your funds, your call. The wallets are yours, so getting money out is a transaction you sign — not a request someone has to grant.
## How do I withdraw funds from Trady?
1. Click **Withdraw**.
2. Pick the asset. It leaves on its own chain — withdrawals are same-chain only. Your [balances](/portfolio/balances) are separate per chain, so pick the one you're withdrawing from.
3. Paste the destination address. Triple-check it — blockchain transactions can't be reversed.
4. Enter the amount (or Max).
5. Review the summary — amount, network fee, what arrives — and confirm.
6. Track the transaction via the hash shown in your [transaction history](/portfolio/portfolio-positions).
## What should I check before withdrawing?
* **Match the network to the destination.** The asset leaves on its own chain — make sure the receiving address (especially an exchange deposit address) supports that network.
* **Withdrawing any token** sends the token itself — the receiving wallet must be on the same chain the token lives on.
* **First time to a new address?** Send a small test amount first. Costs you cents, saves you the deposit.
## Frequently asked questions
### How long do withdrawals take?
As long as the chain takes: seconds on Solana, under a minute on BNB under normal conditions. There's no internal processing delay on Trady's side.
### Why is the received amount slightly less than what I entered?
Network fees. The summary screen shows the exact math before you confirm.
### Can Trady freeze my withdrawal?
No. Trady is non-custodial — Trady does not hold your funds and has no mechanism to block you from moving them. That's the point. See [Custody](/account-wallets/custody-key-export-import).
# Blacklist
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/discovery/blacklist
Remove serial-rugger devs, honeypot tickers and farm keywords from your feeds, search and alerts — permanently.
Some things you never want to see again. The Blacklist takes them out of every surface at once, and keeps them out until you say otherwise.
## What you can blacklist
| Type | Effect |
| -------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Token (CA)** | That contract disappears from every feed and search |
| **Dev / deployer address** | Everything this wallet launches is hidden — past and future |
| **Keyword** | Tokens whose name/ticker matches are hidden (e.g. names abusing a celebrity meta you're done with) |
| **KOL / caller** | Hide tokens associated with a caller you consider exit liquidity bait |
## How to add
* **From a token page or Trenches card:** ⋯ menu → **Blacklist** → pick token / dev / keyword.
* **From settings:** **Blacklist** section → add entries manually, review and remove existing ones.
## Why this matters more than it looks
The trenches are a noise war. Every serial dev you blacklist today is ten garbage launches you don't evaluate tomorrow — and evaluation energy is a real resource. The traders who process more launches don't have more hours; they've filtered harder.
Blacklisting a dev after they rug you converts a loss into a rule — which is exactly what a loss is for.
## Frequently asked questions
### Does blacklisting affect my open positions?
No — it's a display filter. If you hold a blacklisted token, it still shows in [Portfolio](/portfolio/portfolio-positions).
### Is my blacklist visible to anyone?
No, it's private to your account.
### Is there a global/community blacklist?
Feeds are already filtered by Trady's security checks for known scam patterns; the Blacklist is your personal layer on top.
# Discover
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/discovery/discover
The attention radar: Watchlist, Trending, New Pairs, KOL's Alpha, and a Custom Radar you build from 40+ filters.
Where the hunt starts. Discover is the attention radar — five tabs, five different answers to the same question: *where is the money flowing right now?*
## Watchlist
Your list. Star any token — from search, Trenches, a token page — and it lives here with live price, volume, and your position if you hold one. Theses you're stalking, one tab away. A watchlist is where trades are *planned*; the feeds below are where they're *found*.
## Trending
Momentum-ranked tokens: what's moving *now*, not what's big. Ranking blends volume growth, price action, transaction count, and holder growth.
* **Time windows:** 1h / 6h / 24h. The 1h tab is where metas are born; 24h is where they're already crowded.
* **Columns:** price, mcap, liquidity, volume, txns, holders, change % for the window.
* A token entering the 1h list with fresh holders and rising unique buyers → attention arriving. A token on the 24h list with flattening volume → you're not early, you're liquidity.
## New Pairs
Fresh pairs hitting DEXes across supported chains — including tokens that just [migrated from the trenches](/discovery/trenches) and new listings that never went through a launchpad. Earlier than Trending, later (and safer) than the bonding curve. Same vet rules apply: [Token Page](/discovery/token-page) before entry, every time.
## KOL's Alpha
What the callers are actually touching. KOL's Alpha surfaces tokens getting traction from known KOL wallets and calls — the attention layer made visible.
Read it like a trader, not a follower: a KOL's *call* is marketing; their *wallet* is information. Check what they did before the call and what they do after — the [copy-trade abuse pattern](/tracker/wallet-tracker) (small public buy, big private exit) lives exactly here.
## Custom Radar
Build your own feed — nobody else has this one. Custom Radar gives you **40+ filters** to define exactly what a "good setup" means for *your* strategy, and turns the definition into a standing, live-updating token list.
Filter across every dimension that matters:
* **Market data** — mcap range, liquidity floor, volume, txns, holder count, age
* **Risk metrics** — max dev holding, bundlers %, snipers %, insiders %, top-10 concentration
* **Momentum** — price/volume/holder growth over your window
* **Origin & socials** — launchpad, migration status, X/Telegram/website present
The point: every trader has a setup that works for them — "migrated, 100–500k mcap, dev under 5%, bundlers under 10%, volume accelerating" is a thesis. Custom Radar runs that thesis 24/7, so instead of scrolling the same firehose as everyone else, you're aping from a list only you see. Filters are savable and reusable — see [Filters & Presets](/discovery/filters-presets).
## Acting on it
Every row carries **[Quick Buy](/trading/instant-trade-quick-buy-sell)** — signal to position without leaving the feed. Blacklisted tokens, devs, and keywords never appear in any Discover tab — see [Blacklist](/discovery/blacklist).
## Frequently asked questions
### How fresh is Discover's market data?
Real-time — the feeds update continuously, not on a cache timer.
### Can a token pay to rank in Trending?
No. Ranking is computed from on-chain activity. Nobody can boost placement — worth remembering when the same token trends everywhere except here.
### What's the difference between Discover and Trenches?
[Trenches](/discovery/trenches) is the launchpad firehose (pre-bond, highest risk). Discover covers the wider market: DEX pairs, momentum, KOL flow, and your own radars.
# Filters & Presets
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/discovery/filters-presets
Turn the firehose into your firehose. Saved filter sets, trade presets and column settings that follow your account.
The feeds are firehoses; filters make them *your* firehoses. Trady saves your configurations so your setup survives across sessions and devices.
## Filters
Available in [Trenches](/discovery/trenches), [Discover](/discovery/discover), and search:
* **Chain** — Solana, BNB, Robinhood
* **Market data** — min/max market cap, liquidity, volume, holders, age
* **Risk metrics** — max dev holding %, max bundle %, max top-10 %, max snipers %
* **Socials** — require X / Telegram / website
* **Launchpad** — filter Trenches by origin
A filter is a thesis in miniature. "Mcap 50k–500k, liquidity >20k, dev \<5%, bundle \<15%, has X" is a strategy; "no filters, chase whatever's green" is a donation schedule.
## Saved filter sets
Save any filter combination with a name and switch in one click:
* **Trench scanner** — young, small, strict risk caps
* **Migrated momentum** — bonded tokens with volume, looser caps
* **Bear mode** — older tokens, high liquidity floors, majors only
Saved sets also feed [Custom Radar](/discovery/discover) — your filters running as a standing discovery feed.
## Trade presets
Same idea for execution: preset amount + [transaction settings](/trading/transaction-settings) combos behind [Instant Trade and Quick Buy/Sell](/trading/instant-trade-quick-buy-sell). Buy presets (e.g. 0.1 / 0.5 / 1 SOL buttons) and sell presets (25% / 50% / 100%) are configured directly in each widget — Instant Trade window, Quick Buy widget, order widget.
## Column settings
Every table lets you choose, reorder, and resize columns. Put the variables *you* vet by in the first screen — the metric you have to scroll to is the metric you'll skip when the meta is running.
## Frequently asked questions
### Do my filter settings sync across devices?
Yes — filters, presets, and layouts are stored with your account.
### Can I share a filter set?
Not currently documented; ask in the community.
# Token Page
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/discovery/token-page
Command center for one token: chart, trade panel, holders, dev history and every rug-check variable on one screen.
Everything you would otherwise open five tools to check, sitting on one screen next to the buy button. The goal is simple — **no tab-switching to vet a coin.**
## Hero bar
The vital signs across the top:
* **Pair info** — token, ticker, chain, pool
* **Market cap** and **price** — with 24h change
* **Volume** — is anyone actually here?
* **Liquidity** — can you get out at size?
* **Holders** — how many, growing or bleeding
* **Fees** — fee flow from the token's trading. Real volume produces proportional fees; a huge "volume" number with pocket-change fees is a painted chart
## Token info
The vet-before-you-ape block:
* **Top 10 holders %** — share held by the top 10 wallets
* **Dev holding %** — how much the creator kept
* **Bundlers %** — supply sitting in coordinated wallets
* **Snipers %** — supply grabbed in the first blocks
* **Insiders %** — wallets linked to the deployer
Red flags are highlighted. What each threshold means and when to walk away: [Reading a Token Page](/learn/reading-a-token-page).
## Chart
Full candlestick chart with drawing tools and indicators. Limit orders you place appear as lines on the chart.
## Trade panel
Buy/sell without leaving the page — market, [limit (TP/SL)](/trading/limit-orders), or [instant](/trading/instant-trade-quick-buy-sell), with your [transaction settings](/trading/transaction-settings) one click away.
## Bottom tabs
| Tab | What's inside |
| -------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Trades** | Live tape — every buy/sell, size, wallet |
| **Holders** | Full holder list with % of supply and wallet flags |
| **Orders** | Your open limit orders on this token |
| **Positions** | Your position: entry, size, PnL |
| **Dev tokens** | Every other token this deployer has launched, with outcomes |
## The 30-second vet
Before any entry: (1) hero bar — liquidity real, fees proportional to volume; (2) Token info — top 10 ex-LP sane, dev holding modest, bundlers under \~15%, snipers not stacked; (3) Dev tokens — serial rugger or first-timer; (4) Trades — organic two-way flow, not bot staircase. Ten seconds each. The full checklist with thresholds: [Rug-Check Basics](/learn/rug-check-basics).
## Frequently asked questions
### If a token's metrics look clean, is it safe to buy?
Clean numbers mean the *checkable* things check out. They can't see intentions: a clean contract with hidden coordinated supply is still a controlled dump waiting to happen. Numbers + dev history + the tape together, always.
### Why does the top holder show a huge %?
Check whether it's the LP/pool address — interfaces list it among holders, but it's not a trader.
# Trenches
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/discovery/trenches
The launchpad firehose. New, Soon and Migrated tokens in real time — the earliest and most dangerous hunting ground there is.
Trenches watches new launches from the first block to DEX migration. This is where the 100x lives and where most of the money dies — the entries are earliest here, and so are the exits.
## What are the three Trenches stages?
| Column | What it means | The game |
| ------------ | ------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------ |
| **New** | Just launched, on the bonding curve | Maximum upside, maximum rug risk. Most die here. |
| **Soon** | Approaching graduation to a DEX | The window where traders front-run the liquidity shift |
| **Migrated** | Bonded — now trading on a DEX with real liquidity | "Safer" entry; the 50x is gone, the 5x maybe isn't |
## What's on a Trenches token card?
Every card shows the vet-before-you-ape variables without opening the token page:
* Market cap, volume, holders, age
* **Top 10 Holders %** — concentration at a glance
* **Dev Holding %** — how much the creator kept
* **Snipers %** — supply grabbed in the first blocks
* **Insiders %** — wallets linked to the deployer
* **Bundle %** — supply in coordinated wallets
* Social links present/missing, and a **[Quick Buy](/trading/instant-trade-quick-buy-sell)** button
What the thresholds mean and when to walk away: [Reading a Token Page](/learn/reading-a-token-page).
## How do I filter Trenches?
Cut the firehose down to your strategy:
* **Launchpads:** on Solana — Pump.fun, LetsBonk (Bonk.fun), Raydium LaunchLab, Moonshot, Bags, Boop, Heaven, Jupiter Studio, Trends.fun, Meteora; on Robinhood Chain — flap, pons\_v2, Sushi
* **Quote token / chain:** SOL, BNB, USDG
* **Metrics:** min/max mcap, volume, holders, dev holding, bundle %, age
* **Socials:** only tokens with X/Telegram/website
Filter sets are savable — see [Filters & Presets](/discovery/filters-presets). Tokens, devs, and keywords you never want to see again go on the [Blacklist](/discovery/blacklist).
## Trench discipline
* The trenches are a PvP arena, and the other players include the dev. Assume every launch is a rug until the numbers argue otherwise.
* **Volume should look like fees.** Bonding-curve tokens with huge "volume" but no proportional fees = wash-traded chart. See [Rug-Check Basics](/learn/rug-check-basics).
* Fresh-wallet holders, staircase candles, up-only on low volume — honeypot patterns. The card metrics exist so you check *before* the click, not after.
* Size like it can go to zero, because here, it usually does.
## Frequently asked questions
### How fast do new launches appear?
Within seconds of the creation transaction.
### Does Trady have auto-sniping?
Not yet. Today Trenches + [Instant Trade](/trading/instant-trade-quick-buy-sell) is the fastest manual path.
### Why do some cards show almost no data?
Zero-history tokens minutes after launch genuinely have almost no data. That's information too.
# Fees & Tiers
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/fees-rewards/fees
1.00% per trade at entry tier, falling to 0.70% with volume. Minimum $0.10. No cashback games, no points theater.
The full price list, with the math shown rather than asserted. Other terminals play rebate bingo against a 1% base and call the difference a reward; Trady just charges less as you trade more.
## How much does Trady charge per trade?
Charged per executed trade, as a % of trade value. Your rate depends on your tier — set by your 30-day trading volume:
| Tier | Trading fee | 30d volume |
| ----------- | ----------- | --------------- |
| Believer 🌱 | **1.00%** | \< \$10k |
| Survivor 🛡 | **0.95%** | \$10k – \$25k |
| Ape 🦍 | **0.90%** | \$25k – \$50k |
| Alpha 🦈 | **0.85%** | \$50k – \$100k |
| Legend ⭐ | **0.80%** | \$100k – \$200k |
| Apex ⚡ | **0.75%** | \$200k – \$500k |
| GOAT 🐐 | **0.70%** | > \$500k |
**Minimum fee: \$0.10 per trade.**

* \$1,000 buy at Believer → fee = \$1,000 × 1.00% = **\$10.00**
* \$1,000 buy at GOAT → fee = \$1,000 × 0.70% = **\$7.00**
* \$5 buy at any tier → 1.00% = \$0.05 → minimum applies → **\$0.10**
The minimum only bites on dust: at the 1.00% entry tier it kicks in below \~\$10 of trade value, where a \$5 trade pays 2% effective. Anything bigger just pays its tier rate.
## How do Trady's fee tiers work?
* **Volume window:** rolling 30 days, all trades across all your wallets and chains, measured in USD.
* **Updates automatically, any time:** cross a threshold and the new rate applies to your next trade — no claiming, no waiting for a monthly reset. Trade \$25k on day one and you're at Ape (0.90%) on day one.
* **Both directions:** the window rolls, so a quiet month moves you down the same way an active one moves you up. The tier reflects who you are *now*, not your best month ever.
* **Where to check:** your current tier, rate, and progress to the next tier are shown in your account panel.
For an active trench trader doing \~\$3–4k/day, Alpha (0.85%) is the natural resting tier — you hit it by doing what you already do. At GOAT, the 0.30% spread versus Believer is \$1,500 saved per \$500k traded.
## Do I get a lower fee if I join via a referral?
Joined via a referral link? You get the **Ape tier (0.90%) as your floor for the first 30 days** — and if your volume crosses a higher tier's threshold, you upgrade past it immediately. Without a referral link you start at Believer (1.00%) and climb by volume from trade one. Details: [Referral Program](/fees-rewards/referral-program).
## How much does it cost to move value between chains?
Moving value between your per-chain balances via the built-in bridge: **0.50% of the amount, minimum \$0.50.**
* \$500 bridged → **\$2.50**
* \$60 bridged → 0.50% = \$0.30 → **\$0.50**
Charged only when you bridge — trades, transfers, and withdrawals are same-chain and never pay it. See [Balances & Bridge](/portfolio/balances).
## What network fees does Trady charge?
Gas and priority fees go to the chain, not to Trady. They're shown in every trade quote before you confirm, and you control the priority component in [Transaction Settings](/trading/transaction-settings).
## What Trady does NOT charge
* ❌ Deposit fees
* ❌ Withdrawal fees (network fee only)
* ❌ Fees on transfers between your own wallets (Consolidate/Distribute — network fees only)
* ❌ Subscription or platform fees
* ❌ Hidden spread on quotes
## Frequently asked questions
### Is the fee charged on failed transactions?
No. No execution, no fee. (Network fees on reverted transactions are chain-dependent and minimal.)
### Is the fee charged on both the buy and the sell?
The fee applies per trade — a buy and its later sell are two trades. All volume counts toward your tier, so active trading lowers the rate it's charged at.
### Does referral volume count toward my own tier?
Your *own trading volume* sets your tier. Your referrals' volume earns you [referral rewards](/fees-rewards/referral-program) — separate track.
### Do bridge transfers count as volume?
Trading volume = executed trades. Bridging, transfers, deposits, and withdrawals don't count.
### Can a tier be granted manually (market makers, partners)?
For institutional volume, [talk to us](/troubleshooting/contact-support).
# Referral Program
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/fees-rewards/referral-program
Three levels deep: 40% / 7% / 3% of your network's trading fees. Your referrals get Ape-tier fees for their first 30 days.
Three levels deep, paid from real fees, claimable in real money. Bring traders — earn from their activity for as long as they trade.
## How much do Trady referrals pay?
You earn a share of Trady's trading-fee revenue from your network:
| Level | Who | Your share of their fees |
| ------------ | -------------------------------- | ------------------------ |
| **Direct** | People who joined with your link | **40%** |
| **Indirect** | People *they* referred | **7%** |
| **Extended** | One level further down | **3%** |
### Worked example
You refer Alice (direct). Alice refers Bob (your indirect). Bob refers Carol (your extended). This month they each pay \$100 in trading fees:
* Alice: \$100 × 40% = **\$40** to you
* Bob: \$100 × 7% = **\$7** to you
* Carol: \$100 × 3% = **\$3** to you
**Total: \$50/month** from one branch — recurring, for as long as they trade. Ten active directs who each build a small branch compounds fast. There is no cap.
## What do my referrals get?
**Welcome Boost:** anyone who joins via your link gets the **Ape tier (0.90%) as their floor for the first 30 days**, instead of starting at Believer (1.00%) — a 10% fee discount from trade one. It's a floor, not a cap: if their volume crosses a higher tier's threshold, they upgrade past Ape immediately. After 30 days, their own volume takes over ([Fees](/fees-rewards/fees)).
That's the pitch when you share: *"join with my link, pay less from day one."* Both sides win; nobody's rate depends on farming anyone.
## How do I get my referral link?
1. Open **Referrals** in your account.
2. Copy your personal link/code.
3. Share it — X threads, TG groups, or automatically on every [PNL Card](/portfolio/pnl-cards) you post.
## How do I claim referral rewards?
* Rewards accrue in your Referrals dashboard in real time.
* **Minimum claim: \$1.**
* Claiming is an on-chain transfer — **you pay the network gas fee on the claim.** Claim in sensible batches, not per-dollar.
## Frequently asked questions
### When do referral rewards accrue?
As your referrals' trades execute — your share is calculated from the fee of every trade in your network.
### Do I earn from my referrals' referral earnings?
No — you earn from *trading fees* at three depths, not from others' referral payouts. No MLM token games.
### Can I change whose referral I'm under?
The referral relationship is set at signup and permanent.
### Are there custom terms for KOLs and communities with real volume?
The standard three levels apply to everyone. For partnership terms, [contact us](/troubleshooting/contact-support).

## Terms explained in full
The tables above are the quick lookup. The terms below come up most often, and one line isn't enough for them.
### What is a bonding curve?
A bonding curve is the pricing mechanism a launchpad uses before a token graduates to a decentralised exchange. The price rises along a fixed formula as buyers purchase supply, so early buyers pay less than later ones. On Solana, launchpads such as Pump.fun use a bonding curve for every new token.
### What does it mean when a token bonds or migrates?
Bonding — also called graduating or migrating — is the moment a token leaves the bonding curve and moves to real DEX liquidity. It marks the end of the launchpad phase and the start of open-market trading. The [Trenches](/discovery/trenches) stages track tokens through New, Soon and Migrated.
### What is a contract address (CA)?
A contract address, or CA, is a token's unique on-chain identifier. Because token names and tickers can be duplicated freely, the CA is the only reliable way to confirm you are trading the token you intended. Pasting a CA into search is the fastest route to a [token page](/discovery/token-page).
### What is a rug pull?
A rug pull is any scheme where insiders drain value from holders. Modern rugs rarely involve pulling liquidity — launchpads burn LP by default — and instead work as distribution games, where insiders hold cheap supply and sell into buyers attracted by marketing. Full field guide: [Rug-Check Basics](/learn/rug-check-basics).
### What is a honeypot token?
A honeypot is a token you can buy but not sell, either because transfers are blocked outright or because the sell tax is set high enough to make selling pointless. The typical signature is an up-only chart on low volume with very few holders.
### What is a bundle?
A bundle is supply held across coordinated wallets that are presented as unrelated. Bundled wallets typically share a creation window, funding source, or transfers between each other. Bundling is not automatic proof of a scam — teams and market makers bundle too — but bundle plus fresh wallets plus fake socials is. [How to spot one](/learn/reading-a-token-page).
### What is a sniper?
A sniper is a bot that buys in a launch's first blocks, before ordinary traders can react. Supply held by snipers who have not yet sold is an overhang: it sits waiting to be sold into later buyers' entries.
### What is a fresh wallet?
A fresh wallet is a wallet with no transaction history. A handful is normal; a holder list stacked with them on a brand-new token indicates manufactured holders rather than organic demand.
### What are insiders?
Insiders are wallets connected to the token's deployer, usually pre-loaded with supply before public trading opens. Trady surfaces insider share directly on the [token page](/discovery/token-page).
### What is slippage?
Slippage is the difference between the price shown when you click and the price you actually fill at, caused by other trades landing in between. Your slippage tolerance is the worst price you will still accept — inside it the trade fills, outside it the trade reverts. [Full explainer](/learn/slippage-priority-fees-mev).
### What is a priority fee?
A priority fee is a tip that buys your transaction a better place in the queue, because chains process transactions in fee-priority order. It goes to the network rather than to Trady, so paying more outbids other traders rather than enriching the terminal.
### What is MEV, and what is a sandwich attack?
MEV is value extracted by bots that can see and reorder pending transactions. In a sandwich attack, a bot buys ahead of your visible trade to push the price up, lets your order fill at the worse price, then sells into it — its profit comes out of your slippage budget. [Full explainer](/learn/slippage-priority-fees-mev).
### What does LP locked or burned mean?
LP locked or burned means the liquidity pool tokens have been time-locked or destroyed, so the deployer cannot withdraw the pool and collapse the price. It is table stakes on modern launchpads and is checked automatically by Trady's security audit strip.
### What are mint and freeze authority?
Mint authority and freeze authority are contract powers that let the deployer print new supply or freeze transfers. Both should be disabled on a legitimate token. Major launchpads revoke them by default; anything launched externally needs checking.
### What is wash trading?
Wash trading is fake volume produced by bots trading with themselves to make a token appear active. The tell is volume that does not match fee flow or holder growth — real volume generates proportional trading fees, painted volume does not.
### What is a CTO in crypto?
A CTO, or community takeover, is a community reviving a token the original developer abandoned. Some are genuine. Many are revival scams, where insiders who accumulated near zero sell into the bounce the announcement creates.
### What are the trenches?
The trenches are the arena of freshly launched tokens — the highest-risk, earliest-entry end of the market. Trady's [Trenches](/discovery/trenches) view covers tokens from just-launched through just-bonded.
### What is a meta?
A meta is the dominant narrative of the moment — the shared theme running through whatever is pumping that day. Metas rotate quickly, and a token's fit with the current meta often matters more than its fundamentals.
### What does it mean to ape?
To ape is to buy aggressively on conviction and speed rather than deep analysis. It is also the name of Trady's [second fee tier](/fees-rewards/fees).
### What is a jeet?
A jeet is a trader who panic-sells early, or the act of doing so. It is the opposite of holding through volatility, and it is used both as an insult and as self-deprecation.
### What is USDG?
USDG is the stablecoin Trady holds your balance in on Robinhood Chain, exactly as USDC does on Solana and BNB Chain. Deposits credit it, buys spend from it, sells return to it, and the built-in bridge moves value between it and your balances on other chains. Fees, tiers and referral rewards are identical whichever stablecoin your balance sits in. Details: [Balances & Bridge](/portfolio/balances).
## Frequently asked questions
### What does "bonded" mean on a memecoin?
Bonded means the token completed its bonding curve and migrated to DEX liquidity. On Trady, tokens move through the New, Soon and Migrated stages in [Trenches](/discovery/trenches) as this happens.
### What's the difference between a bundle and a sniper?
A bundle is supply held across coordinated wallets, usually arranged before launch. A sniper is a bot that buys in the first blocks after launch. Both create supply overhang, but a bundle implies coordination with the deployer while sniping does not.
### Is aping into a token always a bad idea?
Not inherently — speed is a real edge in the trenches. It becomes a bad idea when it replaces checking: the same thirty-second vet applies whether you enter fast or slow. See [Reading a Token Page](/learn/reading-a-token-page).
# Reading a Token Page
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/learn/reading-a-token-page
What the numbers actually mean: top holders, bundles, snipers, dev history, fees vs volume — and the 30-second vet routine.
99% of on-chain traders lose money, and most of it is lost to coins that were checkable in thirty seconds. Every number below is on the Trady [Token Page](/discovery/token-page) — this guide is what the numbers *mean*.
Rule zero: **think like a rug puller.** Every launch is designed by someone; your job is to figure out whether it was designed to trade or designed to drain.
## The variables and their thresholds
These are field heuristics, not laws — calibrate with experience. But when several fire at once, walk.
### Top holders
* **Any single holder above \~3.5% of supply (excluding the LP)** is a red flag. The pool address often shows up as the top "holder" — it isn't a trader; Trady labels it.
* Ten wallets each holding 2–3% that appeared in the same minute is worse than one whale — that's a bundle wearing a disguise.
### Volume vs market cap
* **Volume under \~80% of market cap on a young token** — suspect. Fresh coins with real attention churn their mcap in volume many times over.
* Huge volume with barely-moving holders count = wash trading.
### Fees vs volume
* Real volume produces proportional fees (\~1% of volume near bonding). A chart showing \$2M "volume" that generated pocket-change fees is painted. Rule of thumb from the trenches: at \~15k mcap you want to see >0.5 SOL in fees.
### Bundles
* **More than \~15% of supply in connected wallets** — the Bubblemaps tab makes clusters visible: same creation window, funded from one CEX account, transfers between each other.
* Bundle ≠ automatic scam — teams, MMs, and committed insiders bundle too. Bundle + fresh wallets + fake socials = scam. Bundle + doxxed team + organic community = judgment call.
### Fresh wallets & snipers
* A holder list stacked with zero-history wallets on a brand-new token — avoid.
* **Snipers %** shows first-block buyers. Heavy sniper supply that hasn't sold yet is an overhang waiting for your entry.
### Dev history
* **Dev Tokens tab** shows every previous launch by this deployer. Five dead tokens in a month tells you exactly how this one ends. First-time dev is *unknown* risk; serial rugger is *known* risk.
### Chart patterns
* Staircase candles (identical buys at intervals), only-huge-candles, up-only on low volume with few holders — bot-painted or honeypot-bait. Real charts breathe in both directions.
### Contract basics
* **Mint authority and freeze authority disabled, LP locked or burned** — table stakes, and the Security Audit strip checks them automatically. Major launchpads handle this by default; anything external gets checked.
### The social layer
* Engagement from zero-history accounts, AI-generated shill replies, "girl explains why this is the next DOGE" content — that's marketing *targeted at people who don't check*. You check.
## The 30-second routine
1. Security Audit strip — green basics?
2. Holders — top wallet ex-LP under 3.5%? fresh-wallet wall?
3. Bubblemaps — connected supply under 15%?
4. Dev Tokens — history?
5. Trades tape — organic two-way flow?
6. VOL/MC and fees — does the volume look paid-for?
Fail two or more → next coin. **Opportunities are abundant** — the next runner is already launching. Missing a 10x costs you nothing; catching a rug costs you the deposit that would've caught the next 10x.
## Frequently asked questions
### What should I check before buying a memecoin?
Six things, in about thirty seconds: the security audit strip, top-holder concentration excluding the liquidity pool, connected supply in Bubblemaps, the deployer's previous launches, the trades tape, and whether fees match reported volume. Two or more failures mean move on.
### What percentage of supply in one wallet is a red flag?
Any single holder above roughly 3.5% of supply, excluding the liquidity pool. Ten wallets each holding 2–3% that appeared in the same minute is worse than one whale — that is a bundle in disguise.
### What is a bundled token?
A token where more than roughly 15% of supply sits in connected wallets — same creation window, funded from one exchange account, or transferring between each other. Bundling alone is not proof of a scam; bundling plus fresh wallets plus fake socials is.
### What does the snipers percentage mean?
It shows how much supply was bought in the first block. Heavy sniper supply that has not sold yet is an overhang waiting to be sold into your entry.
### Why does the liquidity pool show up as the top holder?
The pool address holds the tokens available for trading, so it often ranks first. It is not a trader, and Trady labels it — exclude it when judging concentration.
# Rug-Check Basics
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/learn/rug-check-basics
How rugs actually work in 2026 — bundle dumps, painted charts, honeypots, slow rugs — and the discipline that keeps you solvent.
[Reading a Token Page](/learn/reading-a-token-page) covers the numbers. This page covers the *game* behind them: who is on the other side of your buy, what they are optimising for, and the process that keeps your losses survivable while you learn to spot it.
## How rugs actually work in 2026
The cartoon rug — dev pulls liquidity, price to zero — is mostly solved by launchpads (LP burned, authorities revoked by default). Modern rugs are **distribution games**:
* **The bundle dump.** Team controls 20%+ of supply across "unrelated" wallets, markets the token, feeds the chart until enough exit liquidity arrives, then distributes. No contract exploit needed — you just bought supply from someone who got it free.
* **The painted chart.** Bots wash-trade volume and grind the candle up so the token trends on every screener. The only real buyers are the ones the chart was painted for.
* **The honeypot.** You can buy but not sell (or sell tax is 99%). Bait pattern: up-only chart, low volume, few holders. Contract checks catch most; the chart pattern catches the rest.
* **The slow rug / soft exit.** No single dump — insiders bleed supply into every pump for weeks. Deadliest for "diamond hands."
* **The revival scam.** Dead token, "CTO" (community takeover) announced, insiders who accumulated at zero sell the bounce.
Common thread: **the information was on-chain the whole time.** Bundles, dev history, holder freshness, fees-vs-volume — every scheme above leaves fingerprints in the data on the token page.
## How do I avoid getting rugged?
Checking the token is half the job. The other half is checking yourself:
* **Size so zero doesn't end you.** Before entry: "if this goes to 0 today, can I trade tomorrow without tilt?" If no, size down. Position size in % of portfolio is displayed in [Portfolio](/portfolio/portfolio-positions) for exactly this reason.
* **Write the thesis.** One sentence: why you're buying, what makes you sell. No thesis = you're not trading, you're gambling with extra steps.
* **The FOMO test.** "Would I buy this if I hadn't seen the chart?" Green candles and a hyped chat are the *worst* entry signal — that's the exit crowd's marketing.
* **Take initials at 2x.** Recover your stake, play with house money. If you caught a life-changing multiple — sell. The screenshot-to-friends urge is the top signal. Roundtripping a 10x to zero does more psychological damage than a clean loss.
* **After a loss: stop → name the exact mistake → convert it to a rule.** ("Bought a bundled token because the chat was loud" → "Bubblemaps check is non-negotiable.") You don't win money back; you just make money. Revenge trading is how a bad day becomes a bad month.
* **Concentration beats spraying.** Twenty micro-positions you can't monitor lose to a few positions you actually vetted and watch.
## What do I do when the market turns?
Rug frequency doesn't drop in bear conditions — *your margin for error does*. Risk dial: as conditions worsen, fewer trades, stricter checks, more cash. Protecting capital in chop is a position too — the goal is being alive when the next meta starts.
## Frequently asked questions
### What is a rug pull?
A rug pull is a launch designed to transfer money from buyers to insiders. In 2026 it rarely means pulling liquidity — launchpads burn LP and revoke authorities by default. It usually means a distribution game: insiders hold cheap supply, market the token, and sell into the buyers the marketing attracted.
### How can I tell if a token is a rug before buying?
Check the on-chain fingerprints every scheme leaves: supply concentration in connected wallets, deployer history, holder freshness, and whether trading fees match reported volume. See [Reading a Token Page](/learn/reading-a-token-page) for the thresholds.
### What is a bundle dump?
A bundle dump is when a team controls a large share of supply across wallets that look unrelated, markets the token until enough exit liquidity arrives, then distributes. No contract exploit is involved — buyers simply purchase supply from someone who got it for free.
### What is a honeypot token?
A honeypot lets you buy but not sell, or applies a sell tax high enough to make selling pointless. The typical pattern is an up-only chart on low volume with few holders. Contract checks catch most honeypots before you trade.
### How much should I risk on a single memecoin trade?
Size so that a total loss doesn't stop you trading tomorrow. If the answer to "can I trade tomorrow without tilt if this goes to zero today?" is no, the position is too big.
# Slippage, Priority Fees & MEV
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/learn/slippage-priority-fees-mev
Why your fill wasn't the price on the screen, and what each dial in Transaction Settings actually does to your money.
Three dials decide whether you get filled, at what price, and who else profits from your trade. Most traders leave them at default and donate the difference. Here is what each one is really doing, and where to set it: [Transaction Settings](/trading/transaction-settings).
## What is slippage?
**What it is.** Between your click and your fill, other trades land and move the pool. Slippage tolerance = the worst price you'll still accept. Inside the cap → you fill at whatever it moved to. Outside → the trade reverts.
**The trade-off.** Tight slippage protects your price but fails your entries on volatile tokens. Loose slippage fills everything — including fills you'll regret. There is no "right" number, only the right number for the pool:
* Deep, established pool: 1–5%
* Young trenches token: 20–30% is honest about the volatility
* "It keeps failing, I'll set 50%+": stop and ask what you're chasing. A candle that outruns 30% slippage is a candle you're late to.
**The hidden risk of high slippage:** your tolerance is visible in the transaction. A 50% cap tells a sandwich bot exactly how much it can extract from you and still get your fill through. Which brings us to —
## What is a sandwich attack?
**The attack.** Your pending buy is visible in the public mempool. A bot sees it, buys *before* you (pushing the price up), lets your buy land at the worse price, then sells into your fill. Their profit = your slippage budget. This is industrial-scale — tens of thousands of SOL are extracted from traders every month on Solana alone.
**The defense.** MEV protection routes your transaction privately to the block producer, so bots never see it in flight. Nothing to see = nothing to sandwich.
**The cost.** Private routing can land marginally slower than raw broadcast. For small fast punts that's a real trade-off; for size it isn't a question — keep protection on. Getting sandwiched on a \$5k buy costs more than any latency ever will.
## What is a priority fee?
**What they are.** Chains process transactions in fee-priority order. The priority fee (tip) buys your place in line — critical on Solana during hot moments when everyone is trying to enter the same block.
**How to think about it.** Priority fees are the auction for *being early*, and their market price changes minute to minute. Trady's dynamic default tracks network conditions; raise it manually when a meta is running hot and fills are lagging. It goes to the network — paying more doesn't enrich the terminal, it just outbids other traders.
**The mistake to avoid:** paying a top-of-block priority fee to enter a token that already 5x'd is paying premium latency prices for a FOMO entry. Priority is for when *being 2 seconds earlier* is the edge — not a substitute for being right.
## How do slippage, priority fees and MEV interact?
A trench entry during a hot launch: **priority fee** gets you into the block early, **MEV protection** keeps bots from taxing you on the way in, **slippage** caps the damage if the pool moves anyway. Set as a preset once ([Filters & Presets](/discovery/filters-presets)), fire with one click ([Instant Trade](/trading/instant-trade-quick-buy-sell)).
## Frequently asked questions
### What slippage should I set for a memecoin trade?
It depends on the pool, not on preference. Deep, established pools work at 1–5%. A young trenches token realistically needs 20–30%. Needing 50%+ usually means you are chasing a candle you are already late to.
### Does MEV protection slow down my trade?
Slightly. Private routing can land marginally slower than raw broadcast. For small fast punts that trade-off is real; for size it is not a question — being sandwiched on a \$5k buy costs far more than the latency.
### Do priority fees go to Trady?
No. Priority fees go to the network, not to Trady. Paying more outbids other traders for block placement; it does not enrich the terminal.
### Why did my transaction revert with "slippage exceeded"?
The pool moved beyond your tolerance between the quote and the broadcast, so the trade reverted instead of filling at a worse price. See [Transaction Settings](/trading/transaction-settings).
### Can I avoid sandwich attacks entirely?
MEV protection routes your transaction privately to the block producer, so bots never see it in flight — nothing visible means nothing to sandwich. Keeping slippage tight also limits how much a bot could extract if it did.
# Balances & Bridge
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/portfolio/balances
Trady holds your buying power as a stablecoin, per chain — USDC on Solana and BNB Chain, USDG on Robinhood Chain — with a built-in one-click bridge at 0.50% (min $0.50).
Every chain holds its own pot of buying power. Deposit on one, trade on another, and the built-in bridge moves value across in a click — no external bridge sites, no wrapped-token detour.
## How balances work
* Deposits credit the balance of the chain they arrive on: send on Solana → Solana USDC; send on BNB Chain → BNB USDC; send on Robinhood → Robinhood USDG.
* Buys spend from the balance of the token's chain; sells return proceeds to that same chain's balance.
* Transfers between your wallets, [Consolidate & Distribute](/account-wallets/consolidate-distribute), and [withdrawals](/account-wallets/withdraw) are all **same-chain only**.
## The bridge
Moving value between your per-chain balances happens in-app, in one click — no external bridge sites, no wrapped-token gymnastics, no 15-minute settlement roulette.
* **Fee: 0.50% of the bridged amount, minimum \$0.50.** (\$500 bridged → \$2.50; \$60 bridged → min applies → \$0.50.)
* The bridge moves your **stable balance** — to redeploy a memecoin position to another chain, sell first, bridge, buy there.
## What is USDG?
USDG is the stablecoin your **Robinhood Chain** balance is held in, the same way USDC holds your balance on Solana and BNB Chain. It behaves identically: deposits credit it, buys spend from it, sells return to it, and the bridge moves value in and out of it. Nothing about fees, tiers or referrals changes with it.
## Why a stablecoin
A stable unit of account keeps every number honest: your balance doesn't swing with SOL's price, PnL means what it says, and position sizing in % of portfolio (the [only sizing that matters](/learn/rug-check-basics)) stays interpretable across chains.
## Gas
You don't need to pre-manage gas tokens on every chain to trade. Network costs are shown in the trade quote before you confirm.
## Frequently asked questions
### Can I hold SOL, BNB or other tokens instead?
Yes — native tokens and any memecoins you buy are held as-is in your wallets; the stable balance is the buying-power layer.
### Is the Trady balance custodial?
No. Funds sit in *your* non-custodial wallets ([export the keys](/account-wallets/custody-key-export-import) anytime); the balance view and bridge are conveniences over them, not a pooled account.
### Can I withdraw from one chain's balance to an address on another?
No — withdrawals are same-chain. Bridge to that chain's balance first, then withdraw there.
# PNL Cards
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/portfolio/pnl-cards
Turn any position or trade into a shareable image, backed by numbers that are actually yours — with your referral link on it.
You caught the runner. Now flex it properly — a card built to look good on a timeline, and impossible to fake, because every number on it comes from your own trade history.
## Generating a card
1. Open a position in [Portfolio](/portfolio/portfolio-positions) (or a closed trade in history).
2. Click **Share PNL**.
3. Pick a card style.
4. Choose what to show — multiplier and % only, or dollar amounts too. Flexing the X without doxxing the size is a legitimate choice.
5. Download or share directly to X/Telegram.
Every card carries your referral link/QR — when the card converts a friend, you earn from their fees forever. See [Referral Program](/fees-rewards/referral-program).
## What's on a card
* Token ticker and logo
* Entry price / exit (or current) price
* Multiplier and PnL % — the number that matters
* Optional: dollar PnL, position size, hold time
* Your Trady handle + referral QR
Numbers come from your actual on-chain trade history — no editing, no "trust me bro" screenshots. When someone posts a Trady card, the math checked out.
## A note from the psychology department
The urge to screenshot profit is data. If you're making the card to send to the group chat, you're at the emotional peak of the position — which is statistically closer to the top than you think. Make the card, *and* consider hitting [Sell init](/trading/instant-trade-quick-buy-sell) — take your initials off the table. Post the flex from a position you already de-risked. That's the difference between marketing your win and roundtripping it.
## Frequently asked questions
### Can I make a card for a losing trade?
Yes. Red cards are honest and honestly funnier. Best traders post both — the journal is the flex.
### Can others verify my card is real?
The card is generated from real account history, not user input.
### Do cards leak my wallet address?
No — cards show your chosen handle, not your addresses.
# Portfolio & Positions
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/portfolio/portfolio-positions
Every position, every chain, one screen. Live PnL, position sizing, trade history and the re-evaluation habit.
Your account's home base: what you hold, what it's doing, and what you've made or lost — updating as it happens.
## Account performance
The top section aggregates across all your wallets and chains:
* **Total balance** — everything, valued in USD
* **Total PnL** — realized + unrealized, with period selectors
* **Volume, trade count & win rate** — your activity, quantified
* **Charts** — Total Asset Value over time, Cumulative PnL % (with BTC overlay, so you know whether you're beating the bar or just riding the market)
## Open positions
Each row shows:
* Token, chain, amount
* Entry price (average, if you bought in tranches) → current price
* **Total PnL** — \$ and %, realized + unrealized for the position
* **Position size as % of portfolio** — the number that keeps sizing honest. A "small punt" that's 40% of your stack is not a small punt.
* Actions: [Quick Sell](/trading/instant-trade-quick-buy-sell) presets, set a [limit order](/trading/limit-orders), open the [token page](/discovery/token-page), share a [PNL card](/portfolio/pnl-cards)
## Closed positions & history
Full trade log: every buy and sell, timestamped, with realized PnL per position and per trade. Export it, review it, learn from it — the trade journal is where losses convert into rules.
## The re-evaluation habit
Your portfolio isn't a museum. For every open position, the question is never "am I up or down" — it's *"would I buy this, at this price, today?"* If no, why are you holding it? Down 80% on a dead coin isn't a position, it's a memorial. Opportunities are abundant; capital locked in corpses isn't earning the next one.
## Frequently asked questions
### Why does my balance differ from price × amount?
Portfolio values positions at executable prices from live liquidity — a large bag in a thin pool is worth what the pool pays, not what the ticker says.
### Do imported wallets show in my portfolio?
Yes — every wallet in [Wallets](/account-wallets/wallets) rolls up into the account view, and you can filter per wallet.
### Why are random tokens I never bought appearing in my portfolio?
Airdrop spam — usually bait to a drainer site. Don't interact; hide them. See [Security](/account-wallets/security).

* Use the provided files without recoloring, stretching, or restyling
* Keep clear space around the logo
* Screenshot the actual product for reviews and guides
**Don't:**
* Modify, recombine, or animate the logo into something else
* Use Trady branding to imply partnership or endorsement without an actual agreement
* Use the assets on anything impersonating official Trady surfaces — that's the [scam vector](/account-wallets/security) we actively hunt
## Naming
It's **Trady** — capital T, one word. Not TRADY, not Trady.xyz-as-a-name, not "the Trady bot".
## Press & partnerships
Media inquiries and partnership requests: [Contact](/troubleshooting/contact-support).
## Frequently asked questions

Yes. Use the provided files without recoloring, stretching or restyling, keep clear space around the logo, and screenshot the actual product for reviews and guides.
### What are Trady's brand colors?
Trady Yellow `#FFF93C` as the accent, `#080808` for backgrounds, white for primary text, and greys `#7C7C7C` and `#3D3D3D` for secondary text and dividers. The yellow is an accent for selected states and buttons — not for large fills or body text.
### How is Trady written?
Trady — capital T, one word. Not TRADY, not "Trady.xyz" as a name, and not "the Trady bot".
### Can I use Trady branding to show a partnership?
Only with an actual agreement in place. Using the assets to imply partnership or endorsement without one, or on anything impersonating official Trady surfaces, is not permitted.
# Official Links
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/start-here/official-links
The only official Trady links. If a link isn't on this list, treat it as hostile.
Bookmark this page. Scammers clone terminals, fake support accounts, and buy ads on lookalike domains — and the copy is usually indistinguishable until your wallet is empty.

## Rules that keep your deposit alive
* **Check the URL character by character** before signing in. `trady.xyz` — not `trady-app.xyz`, not `tradу.xyz` (that's a Cyrillic "у").
* **Trady support will never DM you first.** Support happens in [@tradysupportbot](https://t.me/tradysupportbot) — a conversation *you* start. Anyone DMing you "from Trady" about a wallet issue, an airdrop, or "verification" is a scammer. No exceptions.
* **Trady will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.** Not in DMs, not in the support bot, not "to verify your account". Never.
* **Don't connect your Trady trading wallet to random sites.** Use a separate wallet for mints, claims, and browsing. See [Security](/account-wallets/security).
Found a fake? Report it via [@tradysupportbot](https://t.me/tradysupportbot) so Trady can warn others.
## Frequently asked questions
### How do I know a Trady link is genuine?
Compare it character by character against the table above. Lookalike domains substitute characters — `tradу.xyz` with a Cyrillic "у" renders almost identically to `trady.xyz`.
### Will Trady support ever message me first?
No. Support only happens in [@tradysupportbot](https://t.me/tradysupportbot), in a conversation you start. Anyone messaging you first "from Trady" about a wallet issue, an airdrop or verification is a scammer.
### Will Trady ever ask for my seed phrase or private key?
Never — not in DMs, not in the support bot, not to "verify your account". Any request for either is a scam.
### Is the Trady Telegram trading bot live?
No. [@TradyCryptoBot](https://t.me/TradyCryptoBot) is reserved and does nothing today. A trading bot is planned, but no launch date has been announced, and any launch will be announced on the official channels first. Anyone offering Trady bot trading now is running a scam.
### What should I do if I find a fake Trady site?
Report it through [@tradysupportbot](https://t.me/tradysupportbot) so Trady can warn other traders.
# Quickstart: Your First Trade
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/start-here/quickstart-first-trade
From signup to your first position in about five minutes. No KYC required.
Six steps: create the account, fund it, find something, vet it, buy, then manage the position. No document upload, no waiting list, no approval step anywhere in the flow.
## 1. Create your account
Go to [trady.xyz](https://trady.xyz) and sign up with **email, Google, or X**. Trady creates your trading wallets automatically — one for Solana, one for EVM chains. Authentication and wallet security run on [Privy](https://privy.io).
**Do this before you deposit:** open Wallets and [export your private keys](/account-wallets/custody-key-export-import). Store them offline. Your wallet should never depend on any single app — including ours.
## 2. Deposit funds
Click **Deposit**, pick a network (Solana, BNB Chain or Robinhood), and send **any asset from that chain, any amount** — no minimums. Your balance is held per chain — USDC on Solana and BNB Chain, USDG on Robinhood Chain; moving value between them is one click through the built-in bridge. See [Balances & Bridge](/portfolio/balances).
Details and minimums: [Deposit](/account-wallets/deposit).
## 3. Find a token
Three ways in:
* **[Trenches](/discovery/trenches)** — fresh launchpad tokens, from just-launched to just-bonded.
* **[Discover](/discovery/discover)** — Watchlist, Trending, New Pairs, KOL's Alpha, and your own Custom Radar.
* **Search** — paste a CA or type a ticker. Fastest route when you already have a target.
## 4. Vet it
Before you ape, look at the [Token Page](/discovery/token-page). Top 10 holders, dev holding, snipers, bundles, security audit, buy/sell taxes — all on one screen. If you're not sure what these numbers mean, read [Reading a Token Page](/learn/reading-a-token-page). It takes ten minutes and it will save you a deposit.
## 5. Buy
Set your amount (or use a preset), check slippage, hit **Buy**. See [Transaction Lifecycle](/trading/transaction-lifecycle) for what happens under the hood.
## 6. Manage the position
* Track it in [Portfolio](/portfolio/portfolio-positions) — PnL updates live.
* Set a **TP/SL** [limit order](/trading/limit-orders) at your target level.
* Sell part or all with [Quick Sell](/trading/instant-trade-quick-buy-sell).
* Hit a banger? Flex it with a [PNL Card](/portfolio/pnl-cards).
## Fee check
You start at the entry tier — **Believer, 1.00% per trade** (min \$0.10) — and your tier upgrades automatically the moment your 30-day volume crosses the next threshold. That can happen on day one: trade \$25k and you're already at Ape (0.90%).
Joined via a friend's referral link? You get the **Ape tier (0.90%) as your floor for the first 30 days** — and volume can still upgrade you higher at any time. Full math: [Fees](/fees-rewards/fees).
## Frequently asked questions
### Do I need KYC to trade on Trady?
No. Nothing in the signup or trading flow requires identity verification.
### How long does it take to place a first trade?
About five minutes from signup to an open position, including the deposit confirmation.
### Is there a minimum deposit?
No. Trady accepts any asset from a supported chain in any amount, with no minimums. See [Deposit](/account-wallets/deposit).
### Which fee tier do I start on?
Believer, 1.00% per trade. Your tier upgrades automatically the moment 30-day volume crosses the next threshold. Joining through a referral link gives you the Ape tier (0.90%) as a floor for 30 days. See [Fees](/fees-rewards/fees).
### Should I export my private keys before depositing?
Yes. Export them from Wallets and store them offline before you fund the account — a wallet should never depend on a single app. See [Custody, Key Export & Import](/account-wallets/custody-key-export-import).
# Supported Chains
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/start-here/supported-chains
Solana, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain are live. Ethereum and Base are next. How multi-chain balances and the built-in bridge work.
Trady adds a chain when the infrastructure is ready to trade it at full speed — not before.
| Chain | Status | Notes |
| ------------------- | ------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Solana** | ✅ Live | Full support: trading, Trenches, Discover, wallet tracking, limit orders |
| **BNB Chain** | ✅ Live | Full support |
| **Robinhood Chain** | ✅ Live | Full support — trades funded in USDG |
| Ethereum | 🔜 Soon | |
| Base | 🔜 Soon | |
Follow [official channels](/start-here/official-links) for chain launch announcements. If a website claims Trady supports a chain not listed here — it is not Trady. See [Security](/account-wallets/security).
## How does Trady handle multiple chains?
Your stable balance lives **per chain** — USDC on Solana and BNB Chain, USDG on Robinhood Chain. Trades draw from the balance of the token's chain; moving value between chains is one click through the built-in bridge at **0.50% (min \$0.50)**. Withdrawals and transfers between wallets are same-chain only. Details: [Balances & Bridge](/portfolio/balances).
## Frequently asked questions
### Can I deposit from a chain that isn't listed as Live?
No. Deposits sent on unsupported networks can't be credited and may be unrecoverable. Always pick the network inside the [Deposit](/account-wallets/deposit) flow.
### When are Ethereum and Base coming?
Trady announces launch dates only on [official channels](/start-here/official-links). Anyone else "announcing" a Trady chain launch is farming you.
# What is Trady
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/start-here/what-is-trady
Trady is a cross-chain meme trading terminal: Solana, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain in one window, non-custodial wallets, built-in rug checks, and fees that fall as you trade.
**Ape any meme. Any chain. One click.**
Trady is a cross-chain meme trading terminal. One window, one click — no tab-switching between chain tools, no external bridge sites, no juggling five wallets to catch one runner.
## What does Trady do?
* **One terminal for every chain we support.** Trade memecoins on Solana, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain from a single interface, with stable balances per chain and a built-in one-click bridge between them. Ethereum and Base are next.
* **Built for speed.** Execution and data are tuned for the trenches — real-time feeds, one-click trades, confirmation the moment it lands. When a meme moves, you're not waiting in a queue.
* **Your keys, your coins.** Trady is non-custodial. Wallets are secured by [Privy](https://privy.io) infrastructure, and you can export your private keys at any time — or import an existing wallet. No permission needed, no support ticket, no lock-in.
* **Built-in rug checks.** Every token page shows the variables you'd otherwise open five tabs to check: top holders, dev holding, snipers, insiders, bundles, security audit flags.
* **Progressive fees.** Trading fees start at 1.00% and drop to 0.70% as your volume grows. No cashback games, no points theater — Trady just charges less. See [Fees](/fees-rewards/fees).
## What Trady is not
* Not a CEX. Trady never holds your funds and cannot freeze your account.
* Not a copy-trading casino. The [Wallet Tracker](/tracker/wallet-tracker) gives you live trades from wallets you choose to follow — the decision to repeat a trade stays yours.
## Where to start
1. [Quickstart: your first trade](/start-here/quickstart-first-trade) — from signup to your first position.
2. [Fees](/fees-rewards/fees) — exactly what you pay, with the math.
3. [Custody, Key Export & Import](/account-wallets/custody-key-export-import) — how your keys work.
New to the trenches? Start with [Learn](/learn/reading-a-token-page) before you start with size.
## Frequently asked questions
### Is Trady custodial?
No. Trady is non-custodial: wallets are secured by Privy infrastructure, and you can export your private keys at any time. Trady cannot move your funds, freeze them, or lock you out. See [Custody, Key Export & Import](/account-wallets/custody-key-export-import).
### Which chains does Trady support?
Solana, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain are live today. Ethereum and Base are planned. See [Supported Chains](/start-here/supported-chains).
### Does Trady require KYC?
No. Signing up with email, Google or X creates your Solana and EVM wallets immediately — no identity verification, no waiting list.
### How much does Trady charge?
Trading fees start at 1.00% per trade and fall to 0.70% as your 30-day volume grows, with a minimum of \$0.10 per trade. See [Fees](/fees-rewards/fees).
### Does Trady have auto copy-trading?
No. The [Wallet Tracker](/tracker/wallet-tracker) streams trades from wallets you follow and lets you repeat one manually in a click, but Trady never mirrors a wallet automatically.
# Live Trades
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/tracker/live-trades
The tape of the wallets you care about: every trade from your tracked wallets in real time, as it lands on-chain.
One feed, chronological, no algorithm deciding what you see — just what the wallets in your [Wallet Tracker](/tracker/wallet-tracker) are doing, while they do it.
## What's in the feed
Each entry shows:
* **Wallet** — the label you gave it
* **Action** — buy or sell, with size in that chain's stable balance
* **Token** — ticker + chain, one click to the [token page](/discovery/token-page)
* **Price / mcap at execution** — the context that decides whether the signal is still actionable
* **Time** — seconds matter; a 40-second-old entry is a different trade than a 4-minute-old one
## Reading the tape like a trader
* **One wallet buying is a data point. Three unrelated tracked wallets buying the same token within minutes is a signal.** The feed makes convergence visible — that's its real value.
* **Sells matter more than buys.** Smart money exiting a token you hold outranks almost any other alert you'll get today.
* **Check the mcap gap.** If the tracked wallet entered at 80k mcap and the token prints 900k by the time you see it, you're not copying their trade — you're buying their exit. The entry context in the feed exists exactly for this check.
* Signal → [token page](/discovery/token-page) → 30-second vet → decision. The feed compresses *finding*; it doesn't replace *vetting*.
## Frequently asked questions
### Is this all trades on Trady, or just my tracked wallets?
Your tracked wallets.
### Can I trade straight from the feed?
Every row opens the token page in one click; fire from there with [Instant Trade](/trading/instant-trade-quick-buy-sell).
### How real-time is the Live Trades feed?
Trades appear as they confirm on-chain — the feed is built for acting, not for archaeology.
# Wallet Overview
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/tracker/wallet-overview
The dossier on any wallet: PnL, win rate, trade history and what it actually hunts. Vet before you track.
Paste an address — yours, a KOL's, that wallet that keeps front-running your entries — and see what it actually does with its money, rather than what it says it does.
## What you see
* **Balance & holdings** — current positions with sizes
* **PnL** — realized and unrealized, over selectable periods
* **Win rate & trade count** — how often they're right, and across how many attempts (a 90% win rate over 10 trades is noise; over 400 it's a style)
* **Trade history** — every buy and sell, timestamped, with per-trade PnL
* **Tokens traded** — what they hunt: fresh trenches launches, migrated momentum, majors
## What it's for
**Vetting before tracking.** Anyone can post a green PNL screenshot; a wallet can't fake its history. Before you [track a wallet](/tracker/wallet-tracker) — or worse, start repeating its trades — run it through Overview:
* **Entries vs exits:** do they actually sell well, or just enter early and roundtrip?
* **Only-wins pattern:** consistent instant profits on brand-new launches = likely insider/sniper flow. You'd be following informed dumping, one step behind.
* **Style match:** a sniper doing 200 micro-entries a day is useless to track if you trade three setups a week. Track wallets whose game you can actually play.
**Self-review.** Point it at your own wallet. The history tab doesn't share your optimism — it's the fastest honest answer to "am I actually up this month?"
## Frequently asked questions
### Can I see any wallet, or only tracked ones?
Any address on supported chains — it's public on-chain data, organized.
### Does the wallet's owner know I looked?
No. Reading public data leaves no trace.
### Can I track a wallet directly from its overview?
One click — **Track** adds the wallet to your [Wallet Tracker](/tracker/wallet-tracker).
# Wallet Tracker
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/tracker/wallet-tracker
Follow the wallets that matter and get their trades live. No auto-copy — by design, and here's why.
Smart money, top performers you found on token pages, that one friend who is always early: add them once, and what they do shows up in your feed while they are doing it.
## How it works
1. **Add wallets** — paste an address, give it a label ("insider hunter", "scalper god").
2. **Get live trades.** Tracked wallets' trades are picked up in real time and land in your [Live Trades](/tracker/live-trades) feed — token, direction, size, price — with notifications.
3. **Vet the wallet itself** in [Wallet Overview](/tracker/wallet-overview) — PnL, win rate, history — before its trades earn your money.
4. **Act fast.** Every trade opens the [token page](/discovery/token-page) in one click — vet it, then fire with [Instant Trade](/trading/instant-trade-quick-buy-sell).
## No auto-copy — by design
Trady does **not** auto-copy trades. Every trade you make is a decision you make. Here's why that's a feature, not a missing feature:
**Auto-copy is a well-known exit-liquidity machine.** The standard play: an influencer accumulates quietly from private wallets, then makes a small visible buy from their public one. Thousands of auto-copy bots fire instantly — and their buy pressure is exactly the liquidity the influencer dumps into. The copiers *are* the exit.
Live trades + manual repeat keeps the speed advantage while keeping your judgment in the loop: you see the trade, you check the [token page](/discovery/token-page) — ten seconds — and *then* you decide. A wallet's history is public; whether it deserves your money this time is a fresh question every time.
## Choosing wallets worth tracking
* **From results, not clout.** Run any address through [Wallet Overview](/tracker/wallet-overview) — follower counts are marketing; on-chain PnL isn't.
* **Beware wallets that only ever win.** Consistent instant profits on fresh launches often means insider or sniper flow — following them puts you one step behind informed dumping.
* **Watch entries *and* exits.** A tracked wallet's sell is often more informative than its buy.
## Frequently asked questions
### Can tracked wallets see that I follow them?
No. Tracking is read-only observation of public on-chain data.
### Which chains does tracking cover?
Every chain Trady trades — same as trading.
### Will auto-copy ever be added?
If Trady ever adds it, it will be designed against the abuse vector above — not a blind mirror. Nothing to announce today.
# Instant Trade, Quick Buy & Quick Sell
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/trading/instant-trade-quick-buy-sell
One-click execution with pre-configured settings, wherever you hunt: the trade page, Discover, Search and Trenches.
When the meme is moving, the trade panel is friction. These three tools compress find → execute to a single click.
## Instant Trade
One-click execution with pre-configured settings. You define the recipe once — amount, slippage, priority fee, MEV mode — and every Instant Trade fires with it, skipping the review screen.
**Setup:**
1. On the **Trade** page, hit the **Instant Trade** button.
2. Configure the recipe right in the Instant Trade window: amount + a [transaction preset](/trading/transaction-settings) (Chill / Rush / Ape / Custom).
3. From now on, one click = one executed trade with those settings.
Same security checks and MEV protection as regular orders — you're skipping the *review*, not the *protection*.
**Use it when** you're working the trenches and the difference between 4 seconds and 1 second is the difference between a good entry and someone else's exit. **Don't use it** as a default for size — the review screen exists for a reason.
## Quick Buy
Buy buttons embedded where you hunt — [Discover](/discovery/discover), **Search**, and [Trenches](/discovery/trenches). See a signal, act on it, without navigating to the token page first.
Preset amounts and settings are configured directly in the Quick Buy widget. Set them once, fire from any feed.
## Quick Sell
The same, in reverse — sell buttons on your positions wherever they show up: portfolio rows, token pages. Preset sell fractions mean cutting a position takes one click, not four:
* **25% / 50% / 100%** — fraction of the position
* **Sell init** — sell exactly your initial investment. The position that's left is pure house money — the single best anti-roundtrip button in the terminal. 2x'd and screenshotting for the group chat? That's the click.
Speed on exits matters more than speed on entries: opportunities are abundant, but a rug gives you one narrow window to leave.
## Frequently asked questions
### What's the difference between Instant Trade and Quick Buy?
Same engine, different placement. Instant Trade is the one-click mode on the Trade page; Quick Buy lives in Discover, Search, and Trenches.
### Can I set different preset amounts per context?
Yes — presets are configured in each widget: the Instant Trade window, the Quick Buy widget, and the order widget each hold their own settings.
### Instant Trade feels dangerous. Is it?
It removes the confirmation step — that's exactly the trade-off. Keep the preset amount at a size where a fat-fingered click is annoying, not portfolio-ending.
# Limit Orders (TP/SL)
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/trading/limit-orders
Take Profit and Stop Loss orders that execute automatically when price hits your level. Set the level, walk away.
Take profits and cut losses without staring at minute candles — which makes your trading worse anyway. Decide the exit while you can still think, then let it run.
## What limit order types does Trady support?
| Type | What it does | Example |
| -------------------- | ----------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------- |
| **Take Profit (TP)** | Sell when price rises to your level | Sell 50% at 2x to recover initials |
| **Stop Loss (SL)** | Sell when price falls to your level | Cut the position at −40% instead of riding to zero |
You can combine them on one position — a TP at +100% *and* an SL at −40% — and whichever triggers first wins.
## How do I set a take-profit or stop-loss?
1. On a token page, switch the trade panel to **Limit**.
2. Choose the trigger: target price or market cap.
3. Set the amount — tokens, your chain's stable balance, or % of position.
4. Confirm. The order appears in the **Orders** tab of the token page and in your Portfolio.
## How do limit orders execute?
Trady's limit orders are managed off-chain and executed on-chain when triggered:
* Price is monitored in real time; when your trigger hits, the order executes with the scoped signing permission you granted at creation. You don't need the tab open — orders fire while you sleep.
* Execution respects your [Transaction Settings](/trading/transaction-settings); on fast dumps, expect fills near-but-not-exactly-at your trigger (that's the chain, not the terminal).
## The strategy everyone should steal
Recover your initials early. Bought 1 SOL of something and it 2x'd? A take-profit selling 50% at 2x returns your 1 SOL — everything left is house money, and every decision after that gets easier. If you screenshot the profit for the group chat, that's usually the sign to set the order. (One click on a position: **Sell init** — see [Quick Sell](/trading/instant-trade-quick-buy-sell).)
## Frequently asked questions
### Do limit orders expire?
Open orders stay visible in the Orders tab; cancel anytime.
### Can a stop loss fail?
On a violent rug, price can gap through your level faster than any transaction can land — a stop loss reduces risk, it doesn't abolish it. This is true on every terminal; anyone claiming otherwise is lying to you.
# Market Orders
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/trading/market-orders
Buy or sell immediately at the best available price. The workhorse order type, with smart routing across live liquidity.
This is the order type most of your trades will use: you name the size, Trady routes it, and it fills against whatever liquidity exists at that moment.
## How do I place a market order on Trady?
1. Open a token page (search, [Discover](/discovery/discover), or [Trenches](/discovery/trenches)).
2. In the trade panel, pick **Buy** or **Sell**.
3. Enter the amount — in the chain's stable balance, in its native token, or as a % of your position when selling. Presets speed this up (see [Filters & Presets](/discovery/filters-presets)).
4. Check the quote: expected tokens received, price impact, network cost, total.
5. Click **Buy**/**Sell**. Done — the position appears in [Portfolio](/portfolio/portfolio-positions).
## What happens to my order after I submit it?
* **Smart routing.** The engine checks available liquidity and routes the trade for the best executable price — splitting across pools when it improves the fill on size.
* **Per-chain balances.** Buys draw from the stable balance of the token's chain. Balance sitting on another chain? Bridge it in one click (0.50%, min \$0.50) — see [Balances & Bridge](/portfolio/balances).
* **Protection along the way.** Your [Transaction Settings](/trading/transaction-settings) — slippage cap, priority fee, MEV protection — apply to every market order.
## How does slippage affect a market order?
Memecoin pools are shallow; the price moves between your click and your fill. Your slippage setting is the worst fill you'll accept. Too tight on a volatile token → the trade reverts and you miss the move. Too loose → you become someone's exit liquidity via a sandwich. Defaults are sane; understand them before sizing up: [Slippage, Priority Fees & MEV](/learn/slippage-priority-fees-mev).
## Frequently asked questions
### Why did I receive fewer tokens than quoted?
The quote is a snapshot; the fill happens at execution. Difference within your slippage cap is normal on volatile tokens. Beyond the cap, the trade reverts instead of filling.
### Why did my market order fail?
Usually slippage exceeded, insufficient gas token, or the pool moved too fast. Full decision tree: [Failed Transactions](/troubleshooting/failed-transactions).
### Is there a max order size?
No hard cap — but on thin pools, *you* are the price impact. The quote screen shows it before you commit.
# Trading Overview
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/trading/trading-overview
Market orders, limit orders, Instant Trade and Quick Buy/Sell — plus the anatomy of the Trady trade page.
Everything tradable, one window. Trady gives you one interface and one click between "saw it" and "own it" — on Solana, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain today, more chains soon.
## The tools
| Tool | What it does | When to use it |
| --------------------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------- |
| [Market Orders](/trading/market-orders) | Buy/sell now at the best available price | Default for most entries and exits |
| [Limit Orders](/trading/limit-orders) | TP/SL — auto-execute when price hits your level | Take profit and cut losses without watching the chart |
| [Instant Trade](/trading/instant-trade-quick-buy-sell) | Pre-configured one-click execution | Trench speed — when seconds decide the entry |
| [Quick Buy / Quick Sell](/trading/instant-trade-quick-buy-sell) | Buy/sell buttons in Discover, Search, Trenches and on positions | Acting on a signal without leaving the feed |
## The Trade page
Everything about a token and the trade lives on one screen — chart, execution, and the data you'd otherwise open five tabs to check.
### Hero bar
The vital signs, always visible on top:
* **Pair info** — token, ticker, chain, pool
* **Market cap** and **price**
* **Volume** — is anyone actually here?
* **Liquidity** — can you get out at size?
* **Holders** — how many, growing or bleeding
* **Fees** — fee flow generated by the token's trading; real volume produces proportional fees, painted volume doesn't
### Token info
The vet-before-you-ape block:
* **Top 10 holders %** — concentration at a glance
* **Dev holding %** — how much the creator kept
* **Bundlers %** — supply in coordinated wallets
* **Snipers %** — supply grabbed in the first blocks
* **Insiders %** — wallets linked to the deployer
What the thresholds mean: [Reading a Token Page](/learn/reading-a-token-page).
### Bottom tabs
| Tab | What's inside |
| -------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Trades** | Live tape — every buy/sell, size, wallet |
| **Holders** | Full holder list with % of supply and wallet flags |
| **Orders** | Your open limit orders on this token |
| **Positions** | Your position: entry, size, PnL |
| **Dev tokens** | Every other token this deployer has launched, with outcomes |
Full breakdown: [Token Page](/discovery/token-page).
## Execution, in short
* **Fast and stable.** Execution is tuned for the trenches — quotes from live liquidity, smart routing, confirmation the moment the trade lands. See [Transaction Lifecycle](/trading/transaction-lifecycle).
* **Multi-chain without leaving the app.** Stable balances per chain plus a built-in one-click bridge between them (0.50%, min \$0.50) — no external bridge tabs. See [Balances & Bridge](/portfolio/balances).
* **Configurable.** Slippage, priority fees, MEV protection — presets (Chill / Rush / Ape / Custom) or full manual control. See [Transaction Settings](/trading/transaction-settings).
## One honest note on speed
Speed is edge, and Trady optimizes for it relentlessly — but no terminal beats physics. If a token's chart went vertical 30 seconds ago, the fastest execution in the world is still a FOMO entry. The tools reward traders who arrive early, not ones who click hardest late. See [Learn](/learn/rug-check-basics).
## Fees
One number to remember: **1.00% per trade** at entry tier, falling to **0.70%** with volume, minimum \$0.10 per trade. No hidden spreads, no fee stacking. Full breakdown with examples: [Fees & Tiers](/fees-rewards/fees).
## Frequently asked questions
### What order types does Trady support?
Market orders for immediate execution, limit orders as take-profit and stop-loss triggers, plus Instant Trade and Quick Buy/Sell for one-click execution from any feed. Trady does not offer a "buy the dip" trigger.
### Can I trade every supported chain from one account?
Yes. All supported chains run in the same interface, with a stable balance held per chain and cross-chain moves handled in-app. No external bridge sites are involved. See [Balances & Bridge](/portfolio/balances).
### How much does Trady charge per trade?
1.00% per trade at entry tier, falling to 0.70% as 30-day volume grows, with a minimum of \$0.10 per trade. No hidden spreads and no fee stacking. See [Fees & Tiers](/fees-rewards/fees).
### Does faster execution guarantee a better entry?
No. Execution speed is an edge, but no terminal beats physics — if a chart went vertical 30 seconds ago, the fastest fill available is still a FOMO entry. Speed rewards traders who arrive early, not those who click hardest late.
# Transaction Lifecycle
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/trading/transaction-lifecycle
What actually happens between your click and tokens in your wallet: request, quote, checks, execution.
Worth two minutes. Knowing the pipeline turns the [settings](/trading/transaction-settings) and the [failure modes](/troubleshooting/failed-transactions) from guesswork into something you can reason about.
## The four phases
### 1. Request
You click Buy/Sell. The request captures your intent — token, amount, and your [transaction settings](/trading/transaction-settings) (slippage cap, priority fee, MEV mode).
### 2. Quote
Your trade is priced against live liquidity: expected output, price impact, routing. What you see on the review screen is this quote. Your approval signs it with session-scoped permissions — authorizing this trade, not open-ended control of your wallet.
### 3. Checks
Before broadcast, the trade passes risk checks: the quote is still valid within your slippage cap, the route is still live, token-level red flags (honeypot patterns, transfer restrictions) haven't tripped. A trade that fails checks reverts here — costing you nothing but a retry.
### 4. Execution
The transaction is built with your priority fee and MEV routing applied, and lands on-chain. Confirmation shows the moment the trade is final — the position appears in your [Portfolio](/portfolio/portfolio-positions) as soon as it's real.

## Trading across chains
Trades execute on the token's chain, from that chain's stable balance. When your funds sit on another chain, the built-in bridge moves value over in one click (0.50%, min \$0.50 — see [Fees & Tiers](/fees-rewards/fees)); the bridge leg adds the destination chain's confirmation time. Details: [Balances & Bridge](/portfolio/balances).
## Frequently asked questions
### What happens if my trade fails the checks phase?
It reverts before broadcast and costs you nothing but a retry. Checks catch an expired quote, a dead route, or token-level red flags such as honeypot patterns and transfer restrictions.
### Does approving a trade give Trady control of my wallet?
No. Approval signs that specific trade with session-scoped permissions — it authorizes the transaction in front of you, not open-ended control of your wallet.
### Why did my transaction revert without spending anything?
A revert during the checks phase means the trade never reached the chain. The most common cause is the quote moving outside your slippage cap between review and broadcast. See [Failed Transactions](/troubleshooting/failed-transactions).
### How long does a trade take when my funds are on another chain?
The trade executes on the token's chain, so moving value from another chain adds that chain's confirmation time before the trade can land. Costs and mechanics: [Balances & Bridge](/portfolio/balances).
# Transaction Settings
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/trading/transaction-settings
Slippage, priority fees and MEV protection — with Chill / Rush / Ape presets that track live market values automatically.
Three dials control how your trades land: slippage, priority fee, and MEV protection. Defaults work for most trades; understanding them is what separates configured edge from donated edge.
Open them from the trade panel (gear icon) — set globally, per token, or save combinations as presets.
## What slippage should I set?
The maximum price movement you accept between clicking and filling.
* **Established tokens, deep liquidity:** low slippage (1–5%) is fine.
* **Fresh trenches tokens:** 20–30% is realistic — shallow pools move fast. Trades with tight slippage on volatile tokens simply revert.
* **Never set it high "just to make it fill" on size.** High slippage on a visible transaction is an invitation to be sandwiched. Understand the trade-off: [Slippage, Priority Fees & MEV](/learn/slippage-priority-fees-mev).
## What priority fee should I use?
What you pay the network to process your transaction ahead of others. On Solana this is the difference between landing in the next block and landing after the move is over.
* Default: dynamic, matched to current network conditions.
* Raise it when the network is hot (major launch, meta day) and your fills are lagging.
* This fee goes to the network, not to Trady.
## How does Trady's MEV protection work?
Sandwich bots watch pending transactions, buy in front of yours, and sell into your fill — you buy higher, they pocket the difference. MEV protection routes your transaction privately so bots can't see it before it lands.
* **Keep it on for anything with size.** The cost of protection is a marginally slower land; the cost of a sandwich is real money.
* Trades routed privately can take slightly longer to confirm — that's the mechanism working, not a bug.
## What are the Chill, Rush and Ape presets?
Four presets, one click to switch. Three of them are **fully automatic** — they track current market averages in real time, so they stay correct as network conditions change:
| Preset | Settings | When |
| ------------- | ------------------------------ | --------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Chill** 😌 | Current market averages, as-is | Normal conditions, no rush |
| **Rush** 🏃 | Market averages × 1.5 | Competitive moments — you want to land ahead of the crowd |
| **Ape** 🦍 | Market averages × 2 | Hot launches and meta frenzies — priority over price |
| **Custom** 🛠 | Fully manual | You know exactly what this trade needs |
The automatic presets solve the real problem with manual settings: the "right" priority fee at 14:00 is wrong by 14:05. Chill/Rush/Ape recalculate from live market values, so "aggressive" always means *aggressive relative to right now*.
**Custom** hands you every dial — slippage, priority fee, MEV mode — for trades where you've decided the trade-offs yourself.
Presets apply wherever you execute — including the [Instant Trade window and the Quick Buy widget](/trading/instant-trade-quick-buy-sell), where they're configured directly in place.
## Frequently asked questions
### Which transaction settings should a beginner change?
Nothing — stay on **Chill**. Move to Rush/Ape when you understand *why* a specific trade needs to outbid the market, and to Custom when you've stopped needing this page.
### Why did my trade fail with "slippage exceeded"?
Price moved past your cap before the fill. Retry with higher slippage or smaller size — and ask yourself whether chasing a candle that outran your slippage is an entry or a FOMO tax. See [Failed Transactions](/troubleshooting/failed-transactions).
### Does Trady profit from priority fees or MEV settings?
No. Priority fees go to the network. Trady's only trading revenue is the [trading fee](/fees-rewards/fees).
# Contact Support
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/troubleshooting/contact-support
How to reach Trady support, what to prepare first, and the three rules of not getting scammed while seeking help.
## Before you write
Two minutes of prep turns a three-day ticket into a one-reply fix:
1. **Transaction issues** → have the **transaction hash** (trade history → click the trade → copy hash), the network, and the approximate time.
2. **App issues** → what you did, what you expected, what happened; a screenshot beats three paragraphs.
3. Check [Failed Transactions](/troubleshooting/failed-transactions) and [Deposit & Withdrawal Issues](/troubleshooting/deposit-withdrawal-issues) — the top cases are solved there in less time than a ticket takes.

All links above must match the [Official Links](/start-here/official-links) page — if someone contacts you claiming to be Trady from anywhere else, it's a scam.
## The three rules of not getting scammed while seeking help
1. **Support never DMs first.** You open the conversation, always.
2. **No one legitimate will ever ask for your seed phrase, private key, or a "wallet sync".** The conversation ends the moment someone does.
3. **Verify handles against [Official Links](/start-here/official-links)** — scammers monitor public support requests and swoop in with lookalike accounts within minutes. That helpful "admin" who found *you* is the attack.
## What support can and can't do
**Can:** investigate transactions by hash, fix account/UI issues, flag scam addresses and fakes, escalate bugs to eng.
**Can't:** reverse blockchain transactions, recover funds sent to wrong addresses, restore keys you exported and lost, move your funds (Trady is non-custodial — that's [the point](/account-wallets/custody-key-export-import)).
## Frequently asked questions
### How do I contact Trady support?
Through the support bot at [@tradysupportbot](https://t.me/tradysupportbot), in a conversation you start. Community questions go to the [Telegram channel](https://t.me/tradyxyz); partnership and listing inquiries go to [contact@trady.xyz](mailto:contact@trady.xyz).
### Will Trady support ever message me first?
Never. Support only responds in a conversation you open. An "admin" who found you first is an attack — scammers monitor public support requests and swoop in with lookalike accounts within minutes.
### What should I prepare before contacting support?
For transaction issues: the transaction hash, the network and the approximate time. For app issues: what you did, what you expected and what happened — a screenshot beats three paragraphs.
### Can Trady support recover funds sent to a wrong address?
No. Support can investigate transactions by hash, fix account and interface issues, flag scam addresses and escalate bugs. It cannot reverse blockchain transactions, recover funds sent to wrong addresses, restore keys you exported and lost, or move your funds — Trady is non-custodial by design.
# Deposit & Withdrawal Issues
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/troubleshooting/deposit-withdrawal-issues
Deposit not showing up, withdrawal pending, wrong network, random tokens in your wallet — work through this before panicking.
Money in flight feels worse than money lost. Almost every case here ends with "it's fine, here's where it is" — and the chain, not the app, is where you find out.
## Deposit not showing up
**Step 1 — check the chain, not the app.** Find the transaction hash in your sending wallet/exchange and look it up on the explorer (Solscan for Solana, BscScan for BNB):
* **Not found / pending:** the transaction hasn't left the sender. Exchange withdrawals can queue for minutes. This is on the sending side, not Trady.
* **Failed on-chain:** the transaction reverted — funds never left. Check the sender for the reason (usually gas).
* **Confirmed on-chain:** the funds arrived at the address. If your Trady balance hasn't updated within \~10 minutes, contact [support](/troubleshooting/contact-support) with the hash.
**Step 2 — check what you actually sent:**
* **Wrong network?** Sent on a chain Trady doesn't support (e.g. Polygon USDC to your address) — the funds sit at that address on that chain. Because you control the keys, they're not necessarily lost: [export your key](/account-wallets/custody-key-export-import), import it into an external wallet with that chain enabled, and recover. This is self-custody paying rent.
* **Wrong address?** Blockchain transfers to an address you don't control are unrecoverable. No one can reverse them — not Trady, not anyone. This is why the [deposit flow](/account-wallets/deposit) says match the network and copy carefully.
## Withdrawal issues
* **Withdrawal pending long:** check the hash on the explorer. Confirmed = it arrived; the receiving side (especially exchanges) may credit slowly. Exchange deposits of memecoins can take extra time or be unsupported — check the exchange's listing first.
* **Withdrawal failed:** usually insufficient network-fee balance or a destination address problem. The error message states the reason.
* **Sent to the wrong address:** irreversible — see above. Test transfers exist for this reason.
## "There's a random token in my wallet"
Airdrop spam. Tokens can be sent to any address without consent; scammers seed wallets with bait tokens whose names contain URLs. **Don't visit the URL, don't try to sell it, don't approve anything to "claim" it.** Hide it and move on. See [Security](/account-wallets/security).
## Dust balances
Tiny leftover amounts (below trade minimums) accumulate from partial fills and price moves.
## Escalating
For anything unresolved: [Contact Support](/troubleshooting/contact-support) with (1) the transaction hash, (2) the network, (3) timestamps. With those three, most cases resolve in one exchange.
## Frequently asked questions
### How long should a deposit take to appear?
Once the transaction is confirmed on-chain, the Trady balance should update within about 10 minutes. If it does not, contact support with the transaction hash.
### I sent funds on a network Trady doesn't support — are they lost?
Not necessarily. The funds sit at your address on that chain, and you control the keys. Export the private key, import it into an external wallet with that chain enabled, and recover them. See [Custody, Key Export & Import](/account-wallets/custody-key-export-import).
### Can Trady reverse a transfer sent to the wrong address?
No. Blockchain transfers to an address you do not control are unrecoverable — not by Trady, not by anyone. This is why the deposit flow asks you to match the network and copy the address carefully.
### Why is there a random token in my wallet I never bought?
Airdrop spam. Anyone can send tokens to any address without consent, and scammers seed wallets with bait tokens whose names contain URLs. Do not visit the URL, do not try to sell it, and do not approve anything to "claim" it.
### What should I include when escalating a deposit or withdrawal issue?
Three things resolve most cases in one exchange: the transaction hash, the network, and the approximate timestamp.
# Failed Transactions
Source: https://docs.trady.xyz/troubleshooting/failed-transactions
Symptom to cause to fix: slippage exceeded, timeouts, insufficient balance, can't sell, limit order didn't fire.
A failed trade at the wrong moment is the most expensive kind of failure. This page is the decision tree — symptom → cause → fix.
**First, the good news:** a failed/reverted trade did not spend your funds (beyond a minimal network fee, chain-dependent). Your balance is intact; the trade just didn't happen.
## "Slippage exceeded" / trade reverted
**Cause:** price moved past your slippage cap between quote and execution. The #1 failure on volatile tokens — and it's the protection *working*, refusing a fill worse than you authorized.
**Fix:**
1. Retry — on choppy pools the next attempt often lands.
2. Raise slippage in [Transaction Settings](/trading/transaction-settings) *consciously* (20–30% is realistic in the trenches).
3. Reduce size — your own order might be the price impact.
4. Honest check: if it keeps outrunning 30% slippage, you're chasing. See [the FOMO test](/learn/rug-check-basics).
## Transaction timed out / never confirmed
**Cause:** network congestion — your transaction didn't get processed in time. Common during major launches and meta frenzies.
**Fix:**
1. Check the transaction status in your history before retrying — don't double-buy.
2. Raise the priority fee and retry.
3. If MEV protection is on, private routing can add a beat during congestion — for tiny fast punts consider whether you need it; for size, keep it on and accept the beat.
## "Insufficient balance" (but I have money)
**Causes & fixes:**
* **Balance on another chain** — buys draw from the stable balance of the token's chain. Bridge value over first: [Balances & Bridge](/portfolio/balances).
* **Gas reserve** — you need a sliver of the native token for network fees.
* **Open limit orders reserving balance** — check the Orders tab.
## "Can't sell" a token
**Causes, in order of likelihood:**
1. **Honeypot** — the token was designed unsellable. Check the Security Audit strip and sell tax on the [token page](/discovery/token-page). If sell tax is 99%, the exit was never real. This money is a tuition payment — [convert it to a rule](/learn/rug-check-basics).
2. **Liquidity gone** — the pool was drained (rug). Nothing to sell into.
3. **Slippage too tight for a collapsing price** — if the token is real but dumping, raise slippage and accept the hit; a bad exit beats no exit in a rug.
## Limit order didn't fire
**Causes:**
* Price gapped through your trigger too fast for on-chain execution (violent dumps) — the order fired but filled at the next executable price, or reverted on slippage.
* Order was already cancelled/expired.
Check the order's status in the Orders tab for the specific reason.
## Still stuck?
Grab the transaction hash (click the trade in your history → copy hash) and hit [Contact Support](/troubleshooting/contact-support). The hash lets support see exactly what happened — "my trade failed" without a hash means a round-trip of questions first.
## Frequently asked questions
### Do I lose money when a trade fails on Trady?
No. A failed or reverted trade does not spend your funds beyond a minimal, chain-dependent network fee. Your balance stays intact — the trade simply did not happen.
### Why does my trade keep failing with "slippage exceeded"?
The price moved past your slippage cap between the quote and execution. That is the protection working: it refuses a fill worse than you authorized. Retry, raise slippage consciously (20–30% is realistic in the trenches), or reduce size if your own order is the price impact.
### Why does Trady say "insufficient balance" when I have funds?
Most often the balance sits on another chain — buys draw from the stable balance of the token's chain. Bridge value across first. See [Balances & Bridge](/portfolio/balances).
### What do I do if I can't sell a token?
Check three things in order: whether the token is a honeypot (security audit strip and sell tax on the token page), whether liquidity was drained, and whether your slippage is too tight for a collapsing price. In a rug, a bad exit beats no exit.
### What should I send support about a failed trade?
The transaction hash, taken from your trade history. Without it, diagnosing a failure needs a round-trip of questions first.

The questions that come up most about fees, custody, chains, copy trading, the Telegram bot and the audit.
Short answers here, each one linking to the page that explains it properly.
## Money
### What are the fees on Trady?
Trady charges 1.00% per trade at entry tier, falling to 0.70% with volume, with a minimum of \$0.10 per trade. The bridge between chains costs 0.50% (min \$0.50). No deposit fees, no subscriptions, no hidden spread. Full math: [Fees](/fees-rewards/fees).
### Does Trady hold my funds?
No. Trady is non-custodial — wallets are secured via Privy infrastructure, and keys are exportable by the user at any time. [Custody](/account-wallets/custody-key-export-import).
### Can I withdraw anytime?
Yes — no approval queue, no lock-ups, and no mechanism for Trady to stop a withdrawal. [Withdraw](/account-wallets/withdraw).
### How do referral payouts work?
Trady pays 40% of direct referrals' fees, 7% indirect and 3% extended. Minimum claim is \$1, and the referrer pays gas on the claim. [Referral Program](/fees-rewards/referral-program).
## Trading
### Which chains does Trady support?
Solana, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain are live; Ethereum and Base are coming. [Supported Chains](/start-here/supported-chains).
### Do I need to bridge between chains?
Never through external bridge sites — moving value between your per-chain balances is one click in-app (0.50%, min \$0.50). See [Balances & Bridge](/portfolio/balances).
### Is there copy trading on Trady?
Not auto-copy. The [Wallet Tracker](/tracker/wallet-tracker) streams tracked wallets' trades live with one-click manual repeat — deliberately, because blind auto-copy is a known exit-liquidity trap.
### Is there a sniper?
Not yet. [Trenches](/discovery/trenches) + [Instant Trade](/trading/instant-trade-quick-buy-sell) is the fastest manual path today.
### Why did my transaction fail?
Ninety percent of the time: slippage on a volatile pool. Full decision tree: [Failed Transactions](/troubleshooting/failed-transactions).
## Platform
### Is there a Trady Telegram bot?
A Telegram trading bot is planned, but no launch date has been announced. [@TradyCryptoBot](https://t.me/TradyCryptoBot) is reserved and inactive today — anyone "trading" under that name via another bot is a scam. Any launch will be announced on the [official channels](/start-here/official-links).
### Is there a mobile app?
Trady runs in mobile browsers.
### Is Trady audited?
A security audit by Hexens is in progress; the report will be published on completion. Wallets run on Privy infrastructure. [Security](/account-wallets/security).
### Is there a public API?
Not publicly. For integration inquiries, [contact support](/troubleshooting/contact-support).
### Where are the official Trady links?
[Here](/start-here/official-links). Anything else claiming to be Trady isn't.
