# Balances & Bridge

> Trady holds your buying power as a stablecoin, per chain — USDC on Solana and BNB Chain, USDG on Robinhood Chain — with a built-in one-click bridge at 0.50% (min $0.50).

Every chain holds its own pot of buying power. Deposit on one, trade on another, and the built-in bridge moves value across in a click — no external bridge sites, no wrapped-token detour.

## How balances work

* Deposits credit the balance of the chain they arrive on: send on Solana → Solana USDC; send on BNB Chain → BNB USDC; send on Robinhood → Robinhood USDG.
* Buys spend from the balance of the token's chain; sells return proceeds to that same chain's balance.
* Transfers between your wallets, [Consolidate & Distribute](/account-wallets/consolidate-distribute), and [withdrawals](/account-wallets/withdraw) are all **same-chain only**.

## The bridge

Moving value between your per-chain balances happens in-app, in one click — no external bridge sites, no wrapped-token gymnastics, no 15-minute settlement roulette.

* **Fee: 0.50% of the bridged amount, minimum \$0.50.** (\$500 bridged → \$2.50; \$60 bridged → min applies → \$0.50.)
* The bridge moves your **stable balance** — to redeploy a memecoin position to another chain, sell first, bridge, buy there.

## What is USDG?

USDG is the stablecoin your **Robinhood Chain** balance is held in, the same way USDC holds your balance on Solana and BNB Chain. It behaves identically: deposits credit it, buys spend from it, sells return to it, and the bridge moves value in and out of it. Nothing about fees, tiers or referrals changes with it.

## Why a stablecoin

A stable unit of account keeps every number honest: your balance doesn't swing with SOL's price, PnL means what it says, and position sizing in % of portfolio (the [only sizing that matters](/learn/rug-check-basics)) stays interpretable across chains.

## Gas

You don't need to pre-manage gas tokens on every chain to trade. Network costs are shown in the trade quote before you confirm.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I hold SOL, BNB or other tokens instead?

Yes — native tokens and any memecoins you buy are held as-is in your wallets; the stable balance is the buying-power layer.

### Is the Trady balance custodial?

No. Funds sit in *your* non-custodial wallets ([export the keys](/account-wallets/custody-key-export-import) anytime); the balance view and bridge are conveniences over them, not a pooled account.

### Can I withdraw from one chain's balance to an address on another?

No — withdrawals are same-chain. Bridge to that chain's balance first, then withdraw there.
