# Wallet Tracker

> Follow the wallets that matter and get their trades live. No auto-copy — by design, and here's why.

Follow the wallets that matter — smart money, top performers you found on token pages, that one friend who's always early — and get their trades live, as they land on-chain.

## How it works

1. **Add wallets** — paste an address, give it a label ("insider hunter", "scalper god").
2. **Get live trades.** Tracked wallets' trades are picked up in real time and land in your [Live Trades](/tracker/live-trades) feed — token, direction, size, price — with notifications. {/* TODO(team): confirm notification channels (in-app / push) and tracked-wallet limits */}
3. **Vet the wallet itself** in [Wallet Overview](/tracker/wallet-overview) — PnL, win rate, history — before its trades earn your money.
4. **Act fast.** Every trade opens the [token page](/discovery/token-page) in one click — vet it, then fire with [Instant Trade](/trading/instant-trade-quick-buy-sell). {/* TODO(team): confirm whether tracker alerts carry a buy button */}

## No auto-copy — by design

Trady does **not** auto-copy trades. Every trade you make is a decision you make. Here's why that's a feature, not a missing feature:

**Auto-copy is a well-known exit-liquidity machine.** The standard play: an influencer accumulates quietly from private wallets, then makes a small visible buy from their public one. Thousands of auto-copy bots fire instantly — and their buy pressure is exactly the liquidity the influencer dumps into. The copiers *are* the exit.

Live trades + manual repeat keeps the speed advantage while keeping your judgment in the loop: you see the trade, you check the [token page](/discovery/token-page) — ten seconds — and *then* you decide. A wallet's history is public; whether it deserves your money this time is a fresh question every time.

## Choosing wallets worth tracking

* **From results, not clout.** Run any address through [Wallet Overview](/tracker/wallet-overview) — follower counts are marketing; on-chain PnL isn't.
* **Beware wallets that only ever win.** Consistent instant profits on fresh launches often means insider or sniper flow — following them puts you one step behind informed dumping.
* **Watch entries *and* exits.** A tracked wallet's sell is often more informative than its buy.

## Mini-FAQ

**Can tracked wallets see that I follow them?**
No. Tracking is read-only observation of public on-chain data.

**Which chains does tracking cover?**
Solana and BNB — same as trading. {/* TODO(team): confirm */}

**Will auto-copy ever be added?**
If we ever do it, it'll be designed against the abuse vector above — not a blind mirror. Nothing to announce today.
